【摘要】：近年來,在制造業(yè)等實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭力提升遇到瓶頸的背景下,金融業(yè)競爭不足與貨幣存量快速增長使金融服務(wù)業(yè)快速擴(kuò)張,其在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值中的比重急劇提升。從國際比較的角度判斷,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長已過早進(jìn)入"脫實(shí)向虛"階段。虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)部門過度發(fā)展對實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)形成了明顯的"擠出效應(yīng)"。在虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)部門高速增長時(shí)期,實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)部門從金融業(yè)獲得的資金支持越來越少。促進(jìn)中國步入實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級有序展開、虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)保障有力的"虛實(shí)結(jié)合"良性增長軌道,一方面要以打破上游產(chǎn)業(yè)壟斷、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為抓手,推動(dòng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)加快實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵式增長;另一方面,要牢牢把握金融服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)要求,牽住金融監(jiān)管體制機(jī)制完善這個(gè)"牛鼻子",切實(shí)加強(qiáng)金融體系對實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的支撐作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of bottleneck in the competitiveness of real economy such as manufacturing industry, the lack of competition in the financial industry and the rapid growth of money stock have led to the rapid expansion of the financial services industry and its proportion in the gross domestic product (GDP) has increased sharply. Judging from the angle of international comparison, China's economic growth has entered the stage of "unreality and emptiness" prematurely. The excessive development of the fictitious economic sector has formed an obvious "crowding out effect" on the real economy. During the period of high-speed growth of fictitious economic sector, the financial support of the real economic sector from the financial industry is getting less and less. To promote China to step into the transformation and upgrade of the real economy and carry out orderly development, the virtual economy services guarantee a strong "combination of reality" and benign growth track. On the one hand, it is necessary to break the monopoly of upstream industries and promote innovation and development. To promote the real economy to accelerate the realization of connotative growth; On the other hand, we should firmly grasp the essential requirements of the real economy of financial services, hold on to the mechanism of financial supervision and improve this "bull nose", and strengthen the supporting role of the financial system on the real economy.
