【摘要】：廣東之所以能取得如此舉世矚目的成就，究其原因，投資規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大無(wú)疑是經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要的原因之一。尤其是改革開(kāi)放之初，外資的大規(guī)模引進(jìn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了許多國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的技術(shù)改造和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)，先進(jìn)的技術(shù)水平和科學(xué)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)推動(dòng)著廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷向前發(fā)展。隨著投資結(jié)構(gòu)中的主體結(jié)構(gòu)的多元化，外商投資以及民間投資也逐漸成為總投資的重要組成部分，給廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)活力的同時(shí)，，珠三角、粵東、粵西和粵北的環(huán)保壓力越來(lái)越大，環(huán)境污染日益成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，因此我們不得不開(kāi)始思考廣東投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性，探討廣東投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)各主體與環(huán)境污染之間的關(guān)系，并且比較分析廣東區(qū)域之間兩者之間的差異性，研究投資主體的環(huán)境效應(yīng)，從而為廣東因地制宜地調(diào)整區(qū)域投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)提供政策建議。 本文研究的重點(diǎn)是廣東省投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)各主體的環(huán)境效應(yīng)，一方面，從整體來(lái)看，也就是從全省角度來(lái)分析廣東的投資與環(huán)境污染的關(guān)系，在整理廣東省投資主體的投資額與環(huán)境指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)應(yīng)用計(jì)量軟件實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)廣東省各個(gè)投資主體的環(huán)境效應(yīng)，為下一步區(qū)域分析作準(zhǔn)備，另一方面，從部分來(lái)看，按照廣東四大區(qū)域的劃分，同時(shí)研究廣東四大區(qū)域投資主體與環(huán)境污染的關(guān)系，再結(jié)合前面的研究成果，提出本文的最終研究結(jié)論。本文將分為四個(gè)主要部分：第一部分，對(duì)廣東省目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)情況以及環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行概述；第二部分，檢驗(yàn)廣東省各投資主體與環(huán)境污染的Granger因 果關(guān)系；第三部分，從區(qū)域角度對(duì)各投資主體與環(huán)境污染的面板數(shù)據(jù)模型進(jìn)行回歸分析；第四部分，歸納結(jié)論以及提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The reason why Guangdong has achieved such a remarkable achievement is that the expansion of investment scale is undoubtedly one of the important reasons for the rapid economic development. Especially at the beginning of reform and opening up, the large-scale introduction of foreign capital has realized the technological transformation and industrial upgrading of many domestic enterprises. The advanced technology level and scientific management experience have promoted the continuous development of Guangdong's economy. With the diversification of the main structure of the investment structure, foreign investment and private investment have gradually become an important part of the total investment, bringing vitality to the economy of Guangdong, at the same time, the Pearl River Delta, East Guangdong, Environmental pressure is increasing in western Guangdong and northern Guangdong, and environmental pollution has become the focus of attention. Therefore, we have to start thinking about the rationality of Guangdong's investment structure. This paper probes into the relationship between each subject of Guangdong investment subject structure and environmental pollution, compares and analyzes the difference between them, and studies the environmental effect of investment subject. Therefore, it provides policy advice for Guangdong to adjust the main structure of regional investment according to local conditions. The focus of this paper is on the environmental effects of the main bodies of Guangdong province's investment structure. On the one hand, from the perspective of the whole province, it analyzes the relationship between Guangdong's investment and environmental pollution. On the basis of collating the data of investment and environmental indicators of Guangdong province, the environmental effect of each investment agent in Guangdong Province is tested by using econometric software to prepare for the next regional analysis. On the other hand, from part of the point of view, According to the division of the four regions in Guangdong, the relationship between the investment subject and environmental pollution in the four regions of Guangdong is studied at the same time, and combined with the previous research results, the final conclusion of this paper is put forward. This paper will be divided into four main parts: the first part, the current economic development of Guangdong Province, investment structure and environmental conditions are summarized; In the second part, the author examines the relationship between each investment subject and environmental pollution in Guangdong province, the third part, carries on the regression analysis to the panel data model of each investment main body and the environmental pollution from the regional angle; The fourth part, induces the conclusion and puts forward the policy suggestion.
