科技創(chuàng)新對甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響及其區(qū)域差異研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic growth mainly depends on material consumption, factor input and low cost comparative advantage, but this mode of development has been unsustainable, resources and energy is difficult to support, ecological environment is difficult to bear. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the role of "innovation as the first driving force in leading development", to accelerate the transformation from traditional economic growth to innovation-driven, and to greatly enhance the contribution of scientific and technological progress to economic growth. Make independent innovation become the internal motive force of economic society good and fast development. Gansu Province is a typical underdeveloped province in the west of China, with relatively abundant scientific and technological innovation resources and relatively rapid scientific and technological progress in recent years. Based on this, this study has important theoretical value and practical significance to explore the economic growth in underdeveloped areas by relying on scientific and technological innovation under the national innovation-driven strategy, taking typical areas as an example. Through the establishment of VAR model and panel data model, this study deeply analyzes the impact of scientific and technological innovation on economic growth in Gansu Province and its regional differences. Firstly, the index system of measuring the scientific and technological innovation ability of Gansu Province is constructed, and the value of scientific and technological innovation ability of Gansu Province from 1998 to 2014 is measured by entropy method. Secondly, by testing the correlation between scientific and technological innovation and economic growth, stability, causality, using autoregressive model empirical analysis of the impact of scientific and technological innovation on economic growth in Gansu Province; Thirdly, based on the panel data of 14 prefectures in Gansu province, this paper analyzes the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the economic growth of Gansu province, and finally discusses the regional differences of the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the economic growth of Gansu province. Based on the above research, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) Gansu province's scientific and technological innovation ability is obviously improved. The scientific and technological innovation ability of Gansu Province from 1998 to 2014 is calculated by entropy method. The results show that the level of scientific and technological innovation in Gansu Province has obviously improved during the research period; (2) Science and technology innovation can significantly promote the economic growth of Gansu Province. By establishing VAR model, the results show that scientific and technological innovation can significantly promote economic growth in Gansu Province. Then, based on the panel data of 14 prefectures and cities in Gansu Province, it is also concluded that scientific and technological innovation has a significant impact on the economic growth of Gansu Province; (3) there are significant regional differences between scientific and technological innovation and economic growth in Gansu Province. The most influential cities are Lanzhou, Jiayuguan, Baiyin, Qingyang, Jiuquan, and Linxia, Dingxi, Gannan, Jinchang, and Wuwei and Tianshui. Zhangye city, Pingliang city, but scientific and technological innovation has no significant impact on economic growth in Longnan city; (4) there is an obvious evolutionary trend in the areas where scientific and technological innovation has a significant impact on the economic growth of Gansu Province, and the significant area of the impact is gradually evolving into a region dominated by Lanzhou City, Jiujia area and Tianshui City.
