【摘要】：創(chuàng)新資本錯(cuò)配是影響我國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的重要制約因素,在當(dāng)前貨幣資本供給絕對充裕的情況下,為何還存在這種現(xiàn)象,其背后深層原因究竟是什么。從宏觀、中觀和微觀3個(gè)層面作了深入探討,認(rèn)為市場出清難、融資結(jié)構(gòu)失衡和創(chuàng)新不確定性是主要原因,并提出五個(gè)相應(yīng)對策,以期化解我國"創(chuàng)新資本錯(cuò)配"這一難題,深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動持續(xù)升級。
[Abstract]:The mismatch of innovation capital is an important restriction factor to the innovation of enterprises in our country. Under the situation that the supply of monetary capital is absolutely abundant at present, why still exists this phenomenon, what is the deep reason behind it? In this paper, the author makes a deep discussion on the three levels of macro, meso and micro, and points out that the main reasons are market clearing, financing structure imbalance and innovation uncertainty, and puts forward five corresponding countermeasures in order to resolve the problem of "innovation capital mismatch" in China. Deepen structural reform on the supply side and promote continuous upgrading of enterprise innovation activities.
