【摘要】：臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中自然形成的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),是未來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和方向。臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)在很多發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)已經(jīng)形成了一定的規(guī)模,并給這些地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來了積極地作用。從臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展情況來看,在沿海一些發(fā)達(dá)城市已有一定的發(fā)展形態(tài),但在西部二線城市才剛剛起步。呼和浩特市應(yīng)抓住此次良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,在這種情況下,對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究顯得十分重要。 本文首先對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)以及臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的基本類型進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)類別、空間分布情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的梳理,并以此作為本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。接下來,分別從呼和浩特市發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,明確了呼和浩特市發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的必要性和可行性。在分析呼和浩特市具備發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的基礎(chǔ)上,指出目前呼和浩特市發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)中存在的問題,為呼和浩特市臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃建設(shè)指明了明確的方向和思路。最后對(duì)呼和浩特市選擇發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并依據(jù)呼和浩特市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)分布情況,對(duì)呼和浩特市臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)做了產(chǎn)業(yè)功能規(guī)劃與空間規(guī)劃,闡述了呼和浩特市臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)分階段發(fā)展策略,最后梳理了呼和浩特市臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的措施和方式。本文對(duì)指導(dǎo)呼和浩特市臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)如何選擇臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)提供學(xué)術(shù)理論支持。
[Abstract]:Air-front economy is an economic form formed naturally in the course of economic development and is the trend and direction of economic development in the future. The air-front economy has formed a certain scale in many developed areas, and has brought positive effect to the economic development of these places. From the point of view of the development of air-front economy in our country, some developed cities along the coast have developed to a certain extent, but in the western second-tier cities, they have just started. Hohhot should seize this good development opportunity, in this case, it is very important to carry on the systematic research to the air-front economy. In this paper, firstly, the connotation, characteristics and basic types of the air-front economic zone are expounded, and the industrial category and spatial distribution of the air-front economic zone at home and abroad are sorted out in detail. And this is the theoretical basis of this study. Then, it analyzes the internal and external environment of Hohhot's development zone in detail, and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of Hohhot's development of air-front economic zone. Based on the analysis of the conditions for the development of air-front economy in Hohhot, this paper points out the problems existing in the development of air-front economy in Hohhot, and points out a clear direction and train of thought for the industrial planning and construction of Hohhot's air-front economic zone. Finally, the key industries selected for development in Hohhot are analyzed in detail, and according to the present situation of economic development and industrial distribution of Hohhot, the industrial function planning and spatial planning of Hohhot's air-front economic zone are made. This paper expounds the strategy of industrial development in Hohhot's air front economic zone, and finally combs the measures and methods of development of Huhehaote's air front economic zone. This paper provides academic theoretical support to guide Hohhot's air-front economic zone how to choose air-front industry.
