【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的核心是知識(shí)的集成創(chuàng)新,知識(shí)要素的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量以及對(duì)其有效整合能力決定著產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新能力與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。不同地區(qū)的知識(shí)資源是不同的,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的支撐作用也是不同的,對(duì)不同地區(qū)的知識(shí)承載力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)該地區(qū)區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的培育和提升的前提。 本文首先對(duì)區(qū)域承載力的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,對(duì)區(qū)域知識(shí)相關(guān)理論及研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新與區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的相互關(guān)系,將面向產(chǎn)業(yè)集成創(chuàng)新的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力評(píng)價(jià)維度分為三個(gè),包括區(qū)域知識(shí)支撐能力、區(qū)域知識(shí)傳播與擴(kuò)散能力和區(qū)域知識(shí)產(chǎn)出能力。遵循科學(xué)性、可操作性、系統(tǒng)性等原則構(gòu)建區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的評(píng)價(jià)模型,共有34個(gè)具體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。在文章第四部分,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,對(duì)我國(guó)天津、廣東、江蘇、遼寧四個(gè)省市地區(qū)的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),利用熵值法計(jì)算各指標(biāo)、各維度權(quán)重,結(jié)果表明區(qū)域知識(shí)產(chǎn)出能力對(duì)區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力的影響程度最大,區(qū)域知識(shí)支撐能力次之,區(qū)域知識(shí)傳播與擴(kuò)散能力對(duì)區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力水平影響最弱。被研究區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力水平從高低排序?yàn)閺V東、江蘇、遼寧、天津,其中,廣東的區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力水平在2009-2012四年間成逐漸下降趨勢(shì),江蘇省成逐漸上升趨勢(shì),遼寧省和天津市水平比較平穩(wěn)。在結(jié)論部分,針對(duì)四個(gè)研究區(qū)域的知識(shí)承載力水平評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出培育和提升區(qū)域知識(shí)承載力水平的建議。
[Abstract]:The core of industrial integration innovation is the integrated innovation of knowledge. The quantity and quality of knowledge elements and their effective integration ability determine the industrial integration innovation ability and innovation performance. The knowledge resources of different regions are different, and the supporting functions of industrial integration innovation are also different. The evaluation of the knowledge carrying capacity of different regions is the premise to cultivate and promote the regional knowledge carrying capacity in this region. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of regional bearing capacity, summarizes the theory and research of regional knowledge, and then analyzes the relationship between industrial integration innovation and regional knowledge carrying capacity. The evaluation dimension of regional knowledge carrying capacity for industrial integration innovation is divided into three dimensions, including regional knowledge support ability, regional knowledge dissemination and diffusion ability and regional knowledge output ability. According to the principles of science, operability and systematicness, the evaluation model of regional knowledge carrying capacity is constructed, and there are 34 concrete evaluation indexes. In the fourth part of the article, empirical research is carried out to evaluate the regional knowledge carrying capacity of four provinces and cities of Tianjin, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Liaoning, and to calculate the weights of each index and dimension by using entropy method. The results show that the regional knowledge output ability has the greatest influence on the regional knowledge carrying capacity, followed by the regional knowledge support ability, and the regional knowledge dissemination and diffusion ability has the weakest influence on the regional knowledge carrying capacity level. The level of knowledge carrying capacity of the region studied is ranked as Guangdong, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Tianjin. Among them, the level of regional knowledge carrying capacity of Guangdong has gradually decreased in 2009-2012, and that of Jiangsu Province has gradually increased. Liaoning Province and Tianjin level is relatively stable. In the conclusion part, according to the evaluation results of the knowledge carrying capacity level of the four study regions, some suggestions are put forward to cultivate and improve the knowledge carrying capacity level of the region.
