山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)綠色化水平時空演化研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the level of economic development in China has been improving, but the economic development has followed the traditional extensive economic growth mode for a long time, which has brought a series of problems of resources and environment. Driven by the concept of sustainable development, scientific development and green development, China's economic development model has been gradually transformed. In March 2015, the political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward in "opinions on speeding up the Construction of Ecological Civilization" of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. Promote new industrialization, information, urbanization, agricultural modernization and green, from the original "four" to "five". How to promote the green development of economy is a great challenge to the development of our national economy. Shandong Province is a province with relatively developed economy in the eastern coastal areas of China. Shandong Peninsula is the core region of Shandong Province's economic development, and the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment is extremely prominent. The scientific analysis and evaluation of the green development level of its economic development is of great theoretical and practical significance for studying its regional development situation and promoting the process of regional sustainable development. This research firstly combs the related literature of green research, and expounds the connotation and relevant basic theory of green research. On this basis, taking Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai, Rizhao and Binzhou seven coastal prefecture-level cities in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula as the research object, combining the actual situation of the research area, selecting scientific and reasonable indexes, The evaluation index system of green level of 17 concrete indexes including four aspects of economic growth quality, resource utilization, ecological environment protection and green living was established. The weight coefficient of each index is determined by using entropy weight method and comprehensive index method, and the green level of each city in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula from 2005 to 2014 is analyzed and evaluated from two dimensions of time and space, respectively. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the green level of blue economic zone are put forward. First, there are significant regional differences in green level between 2005 and 2014 in the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula, and the areas with higher green level tend to transfer to the southwest. Qingdao, Dongying and Weihai have a high level of greening. They are at a higher level in terms of economic growth quality, resource utilization, ecological and environmental protection and green life. The green level of Yantai and Weifang is in the middle, Binzhou, The green level of sunshine is the lowest. Secondly, the green level of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula changed little with time from 2005 to 2014, and the rank of green level of each city was relatively stable. The green level of Qingdao, Dongying and Weihai has been ranked first three, Yantai, Binzhou, Weifang and Rizhao have been on the low side in recent years, so it is necessary to change the mode of economic growth as soon as possible. Third, to upgrade the green level of the blue economic zone of the Shandong Peninsula, we can change the mode of economic growth, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and strengthen the protection of the ecological environment. Actively propagandize the idea of green consumption and advocate green lifestyle and so on.
