【摘要】："一帶一路"是中國政府提出的海陸融合的國家發(fā)展大戰(zhàn)略,旨在借用古代絲綢之路的歷史符號,積極發(fā)展與沿線國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的提出,對構(gòu)建中國對外開放新格局、實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢、促進(jìn)沿線國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。"一帶一路"作為國家戰(zhàn)略,要科學(xué)規(guī)劃、重點(diǎn)布局,不斷隨著時(shí)局的變化探索推進(jìn)策略的新思路�；�"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略合作的背景,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)在能源、資本輸出與產(chǎn)業(yè)整合等領(lǐng)域的合作,通過實(shí)施構(gòu)建平臺、創(chuàng)新機(jī)制和控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等戰(zhàn)略部署,全方位多層次推動(dòng)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" is a national development strategy put forward by the Chinese government, aimed at borrowing the historical symbols of the ancient Silk Road, actively developing the economic partnership with the countries along the route, and realizing common development. " Belt and Road's "strategy is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to the construction of a new pattern of China's opening to the outside world, the realization of Chinese Dream, and the promotion of the economic development of the countries along the route." Belt and Road, as a national strategy, should plan scientifically, lay out key points, and constantly explore new ideas for promoting strategy with the changes of the current situation. Based on the background of Belt and Road's strategic cooperation, we should focus on strengthening cooperation in the fields of energy, capital export and industrial integration, through the implementation of strategic plans such as building platforms, innovating mechanisms and controlling risks. Promoting the steady development of Belt and Road's strategy at all levels and at all levels.
