【摘要】：改革開放以來，隨著中國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，加工貿(mào)易的形式由以前的勞動密集型開始向資金技術(shù)密集型轉(zhuǎn)變，并且伴隨著加工貿(mào)易向內(nèi)地轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象，加工貿(mào)易對經(jīng)濟增長的促進作用到底如何，作為內(nèi)地加工貿(mào)易具有代表性和特殊性城市的重慶，加工貿(mào)易和重慶的經(jīng)濟增長到底有什么樣的影響關(guān)系，引起我們的思考，重慶的加工貿(mào)易起步于1983年，1997年直轄之后加工貿(mào)易反而有一種萎縮現(xiàn)象，到2000年開始重慶的加工貿(mào)易正式步入正軌伴隨著高速經(jīng)濟增長，加工貿(mào)易的增長速度更為迅猛，加工貿(mào)易成為重慶市現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和流通體系的重要組成部分，對當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟、資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等都產(chǎn)生了影響。 本文基于重慶加工貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅猛的事實，結(jié)合前人研究的理論成果，集中于研究加工貿(mào)易對重慶市經(jīng)濟增長的動態(tài)效應(yīng)。全文包括三個部分，分別是理論分析、經(jīng)驗實證、應(yīng)用研究。通過理論分析，得出加工貿(mào)易是如何促進重慶市經(jīng)濟增長的，并建立相應(yīng)的促進機制。在經(jīng)驗實證部分，利用協(xié)整檢驗方法檢驗各種經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)與加工貿(mào)易的關(guān)系；在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立VAR模型，，利用脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)和方差分解方法對加工貿(mào)易的動態(tài)效應(yīng)進行較完整細致的分析。加工貿(mào)易通過資本積累效應(yīng)、技術(shù)進步效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化效應(yīng)促進重慶的經(jīng)濟增長，這三個效應(yīng)的長期效應(yīng)鈞大于短期效應(yīng)，加工貿(mào)易的時滯性要求加工貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型迫在眉睫，從重慶的實際情況出發(fā)，制定合理的政策，創(chuàng)造良好的政策環(huán)境，鼓勵和引導(dǎo)加工貿(mào)易良心發(fā)展，加強區(qū)域間產(chǎn)業(yè)合作，最大限度發(fā)揮加工貿(mào)易在重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地區(qū)優(yōu)勢，期待加工貿(mào)易對能為重慶市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展更好的服務(wù)，理論的價值在于應(yīng)用，通過上面的分析，挖掘出對重慶加工貿(mào)易有用的信息，并有針對性地提出若干政策建議，期望這些建議對重慶市加工貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)的進一步發(fā)揮具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of China's economy, the form of processing trade has changed from labor-intensive to capital-technology-intensive, and accompanied by the transfer of processing trade to the inland. What is the role of processing trade in promoting economic growth? as a representative and special city of processing trade in the mainland, what kind of influence does processing trade have on Chongqing's economic growth, causing us to think about it? The processing trade of Chongqing started in 1983, and after 1997, there was a kind of shrinking phenomenon in the processing trade. Since 2000, the processing trade of Chongqing has been on the right track with the rapid economic growth, and the growth rate of processing trade is even more rapid. Processing trade has become an important part of the modern industrial production and circulation system in Chongqing, which has had an impact on the local economy, capital, industrial structure and so on. Based on the fact that Chongqing's processing trade is developing rapidly and combining the theoretical results of previous studies, this paper focuses on the dynamic effects of processing trade on Chongqing's economic growth. The thesis consists of three parts: theoretical analysis, empirical research and applied research. Through theoretical analysis, this paper concludes how processing trade promotes Chongqing's economic growth and establishes corresponding promotion mechanism. In the empirical part, the co-integration test is used to test the relationship between various economic effects and processing trade, and on this basis, the VAR model is established. Pulse response function and variance decomposition are used to analyze the dynamic effect of processing trade in detail. Processing trade promotes Chongqing's economic growth through the effects of capital accumulation, technological progress and industrial structure optimization. The long-term effects of these three effects are greater than those of short-term effects. The delay of processing trade requires the transformation of processing trade to be imminent. Proceeding from the actual situation in Chongqing, we should formulate reasonable policies, create a good policy environment, encourage and guide the development of processing trade conscience, strengthen interregional industrial cooperation, and maximize the regional advantages of processing trade in Chongqing's industrial chain. It is expected that processing trade will serve the economic development of Chongqing better. The value of the theory lies in its application. Through the above analysis, we can find out the useful information for Chongqing's processing trade, and put forward some policy suggestions. These suggestions are expected to play a guiding role in the further development of the economic effects of processing trade in Chongqing.
