【摘要】：習近平總書記以寬廣的國際視野和高瞻遠矚的戰(zhàn)略眼光,就新時期科技創(chuàng)新的特征、發(fā)展趨勢以及我國的創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作出了一系列重要論述,初步形成了一套比較完整的科技創(chuàng)新思想體系。習近平總書記科技創(chuàng)新思想的重大理論貢獻,集中體現(xiàn)在鮮明的時代特征、對中國特色社會主義理論的發(fā)展、對科技創(chuàng)新客觀規(guī)律的深刻洞見、對中國特色自主創(chuàng)新道路的嶄新詮釋四個方面,是指導我國科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的理論指引和行動綱領。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation in the new period, the trend of development and the innovation-driven development strategy of our country, with a broad international perspective and a strategic vision of great foresight. Initially formed a relatively complete set of scientific and technological innovation thought system. General Secretary Xi Jinping's great theoretical contribution to the thought of scientific and technological innovation is embodied in the distinctive characteristics of the times, the profound insight into the development of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the objective laws of scientific and technological innovation. The new interpretation of the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics is the theoretical guide and action program to guide the development of science and technology innovation in China.
