【摘要】：歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟最初被設(shè)計為普京第三個總統(tǒng)任期內(nèi)的重頭戲,但自普京在2012年5月重新執(zhí)政后,這一項目陷入了更大范圍的全球和區(qū)域矛盾之中。歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟并不打算成為歐盟的競爭者,而是想要作為一個補(bǔ)充性聯(lián)盟,以幫助構(gòu)建俄羅斯的兩大主要目標(biāo)。這兩大主要目標(biāo)首先是將后蘇聯(lián)時代的歐亞大陸重新建成一個政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體,其次是管理宏觀區(qū)域集團(tuán)的發(fā)展,包括創(chuàng)建一個從大西洋到太平洋的"大歐洲"和從布魯塞爾到北京的"大亞洲"。其根本目標(biāo)在于重申歐亞大陸是自身歷史的主體,但一些關(guān)于歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟特征、性質(zhì)和目的的基本議題尚待解決。
[Abstract]:The Eurasian Economic Union (Eurasian Economic Union) was originally designed to be a major part of Mr Putin's third term as president, but since Mr Putin returned to power in May 2012, the project has plunged into broader global and regional tensions. The Eurasian Economic Union is not intended to be a competitor to the EU, but rather to serve as a complementary union to help build Russia's two main goals. These two main objectives are, first, to re-establish the post-Soviet era of Eurasia as a political and economic community and, secondly, to manage the development of macro-regional groupings. These include creating a greater Europe from the Atlantic to the Pacific and greater Asia from Brussels to Beijing. Its fundamental goal is to reaffirm that Eurasia is the main body of its own history, but some basic issues concerning the characteristics, nature and purpose of Eurasian economic union remain to be solved.
