【摘要】：歐美日等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家及地區(qū)發(fā)展新經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)既體現(xiàn)在為創(chuàng)造新的需求而催生的新技術(shù)與新業(yè)態(tài),又表現(xiàn)在為降低成本而激發(fā)新技術(shù)、新模式、新平臺(tái),更表現(xiàn)為依靠資源跨界的整合效應(yīng)來(lái)拓展更新技術(shù)、模式、業(yè)態(tài)、平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用空間。其"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律主要體現(xiàn)為市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)的多主體分工聯(lián)動(dòng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式呈現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和生態(tài)化的轉(zhuǎn)變、企業(yè)的管理模式由規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)主動(dòng)的生產(chǎn)者驅(qū)動(dòng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)為由范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)主導(dǎo)的消費(fèi)者驅(qū)動(dòng)、創(chuàng)新要素積累和激活等方面。充分吸收歐美日等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家及地區(qū)發(fā)展"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)通過(guò)要素培育、深化改革、強(qiáng)化載體規(guī)劃建設(shè)等途徑發(fā)展"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"。
[Abstract]:The basic experience of developing new economy in developed countries and regions, such as Europe, America and Japan, is embodied not only in the new technology and new business form which is born to create new demand, but also in stimulating new technology, new mode and new platform in order to reduce the cost. The general law of the development of "new economy" is mainly embodied in the linkage of multi-subject division of labor led by the market, and the transformation of the industrial organization form in the form of network and ecology. To fully absorb the experience of developed countries and regions such as Europe, America and Japan in developing "new economy", we should develop "new economy" through the cultivation of elements, deepening reform and strengthening carrier planning and construction on the basis of combining with the national conditions of our country.
