【摘要】：隨著北極冰層加速消融,北極地區(qū)的潛在價值日益凸顯。目前,俄羅斯有與中國共同開發(fā)北極的合作意向。中俄共同開發(fā)北極能使兩國在北極問題上共同受益。值得思考的是,俄羅斯提出中俄北極合作的背后有哪些考慮,其他國家會如何看待此事以及兩國合作開發(fā)北極存在哪些現(xiàn)實(shí)困難。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出中俄北極合作走廊的建設(shè)構(gòu)想,務(wù)實(shí)兩國北極合作,借與俄羅斯協(xié)力開發(fā)北極之勢進(jìn)一步深入?yún)⑴c北極事務(wù),助力我國北極權(quán)益的充分實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated melting of the Arctic ice sheet, the potential value of the Arctic region is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, Russia has the cooperation intention of developing the Arctic jointly with China. The joint development of the Arctic between China and Russia will benefit both countries on the Arctic issue. It is worth thinking about what concerns Russia has behind the China-Russia Arctic cooperation, what other countries will look at it and what practical difficulties the two countries face in working together to develop the Arctic. On this basis, the paper puts forward the construction idea of the Sino-Russian Arctic Cooperation Corridor, pragmatic Arctic cooperation between the two countries, and further deeply participate in Arctic affairs by cooperating with Russia in the development of the Arctic, thus contributing to the full realization of China's Arctic rights and interests.
