基于SD的煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)評價研究

【摘要】:目前我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、城鎮(zhèn)化、工業(yè)化進程不斷推進,對于資源、能源的需求力度不斷加大。隨著資源、能源的開采利用,廢棄物排放量不斷增加,急劇增長的經(jīng)濟需求和不斷增加的環(huán)境問題之間的矛盾日益加劇,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、推進節(jié)能減排、加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變,是我國當(dāng)前的重要戰(zhàn)略決策,對實現(xiàn)整個社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。 煤炭工業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟是構(gòu)建循環(huán)型工業(yè)體系的重要組成部分,本文以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論、系統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ),,從系統(tǒng)的角度對礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的探討與分析具有一定現(xiàn)實意義。 文章系統(tǒng)地闡述了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論,將循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論運用到煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,分析礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,得出現(xiàn)有研究對礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的三大類界定:(1)依據(jù)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論“3R”原則,構(gòu)建循環(huán)利用資源、產(chǎn)品的反饋式回路;(2)依據(jù)復(fù)雜性理論,構(gòu)建由資源、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟、人口等子系統(tǒng)耦合形成的礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng);(3)依據(jù)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟理論,礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟實質(zhì)上是一種生態(tài)經(jīng)濟。從系統(tǒng)理論的角度,更加深入地研究了煤炭礦區(qū)和煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合煤炭礦區(qū)實際,詳細(xì)研究煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的組成、特征及功能,構(gòu)建煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,豐富了煤炭礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)理論。 闡述了系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論,介紹了系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)建;静襟E以及Vensim-PLE軟件的使用方法。依據(jù)礦區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵,明確建模目的、要解決的實際問題和系統(tǒng)邊界,構(gòu)建其SD模擬、評價模型,并詳細(xì)闡述模型有效性檢驗的過程。以龍口礦區(qū)為例,檢驗?zāi)P陀行,并進行實證研究。仿真模擬龍口礦區(qū)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,調(diào)控模型主要參數(shù),設(shè)計礦區(qū)的快速發(fā)展方案和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展方案。通過對比研究三種方案,對礦區(qū)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟提供相關(guān)對策及建議,為煤炭礦區(qū)推進節(jié)能減排、實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, China's rapid economic development, agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization process continues to advance, the demand for resources, energy continues to increase. Economy, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, speeding up the transformation of economic development mode is an important strategic decision of our country at present, which is of great significance to the realization of sustainable development of the whole society.
Coal industry is the pillar industry of China's economic development, the basic industry, the development of coal industry circular economy is an important part of building a circular industrial system, this paper based on the theory of circular economy, system theory, from a systematic point of view of circular economy in mining areas to explore and analyze the development of practical significance.
This paper systematically expounds the theory of circular economy, applies the theory of circular economy to the development of circular economy in coal mining areas, analyzes the research status of circular economy in mining areas at home and abroad, and draws three kinds of definitions of circular economy in mining areas: (1) According to the "3R" principle of circular economy theory, constructs the feedback loop of recycling resources and products. (3) According to the eco-economic theory, the circular economy in mining area is essentially an eco-economy. From the angle of system theory, the connotation of circular economy in coal mining area and coal mining area is further studied. Considering the actual situation of coal mining area, the composition, characteristics and functions of circular economy system in coal mining area are studied in detail, and the structure system of circular economy system in coal mining area is constructed, which enriches the theory of circular economy system in coal mining area.
This paper expounds the theory of system dynamics, introduces the basic steps of system dynamics modeling and the use method of Vensim-PLE software. According to the connotation of mining area circular economy system, the purpose of modeling is clarified, the practical problems to be solved and the boundary of the system are defined, its SD simulation and evaluation model are constructed, and the process of validation of the model is elaborated in detail. Taking Longkou mining area as an example, the validity of the model is tested and the empirical research is carried out. The current economic development situation of Longkou mining area is simulated, the main parameters of the model are adjusted and controlled, the rapid development plan and the coordinated development plan of the mining area are designed. It provides realistic basis for achieving sustainable development.
