【摘要】：我國省際技術轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)絡的"核心—邊緣"結構特征明顯,北京的核心地位不斷凸顯.深入探討北京技術輸出的模式及影響各模式轉(zhuǎn)移效果的因素,對充分發(fā)揮北京的示范引領作用具有重要的理論和實踐意義.本文利用多維尺度方法,從主體類型、合同類型兩個維度,研究了北京的技術輸出模式;構建技術轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素理論分析框架,并基于凱尼爾斯知識溢出模型,實證研究吸收能力、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力差距、地理距離、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構相似度、制度鄰近性對北京技術輸出的影響,針對性地提出促進北京與其他省份間技術轉(zhuǎn)移的政策建議.
[Abstract]:The core-edge structure of interprovincial technology transfer network in China is obvious, and the core position of Beijing is becoming more and more prominent. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the mode of technology export in Beijing and the factors influencing the effect of transfer of each mode in order to give full play to the leading role of Beijing in demonstration. This paper studies the technology export model in Beijing from two dimensions of subject type and contract type, constructs the theoretical analysis framework of influencing factors of technology transfer, and based on Kennel knowledge spillover model, this paper uses multidimensional scale method to study the technology export model in Beijing. Empirical study on the influence of absorptive capacity, regional innovation ability gap, geographical distance, industrial structure similarity, institutional proximity on Beijing technology export, and put forward policy recommendations to promote technology transfer between Beijing and other provinces.
