【摘要】：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)力的科學(xué)布局,江蘇以區(qū)位論、地域分工理論、要素流動(dòng)理論、空間組織理論為指導(dǎo),以點(diǎn)-軸開發(fā)模式、梯度推移模式、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)模式、產(chǎn)城融合模式、都市圈協(xié)作模式為路徑,以產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、生產(chǎn)組織演化更新、資源環(huán)境倒逼機(jī)制、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)滲透、政產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、城市空間管控治理為動(dòng)力將產(chǎn)業(yè)空間優(yōu)化與城市有序擴(kuò)張、區(qū)域融合發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合,協(xié)同推進(jìn),成效顯著,具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒與推廣意義。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the scientific distribution of productive forces, Jiangsu is guided by location theory, regional division of labor theory, factor flow theory, spatial organization theory, point-axis development model, gradient shift model, industrial park model, and integration mode of production and city. The cooperation mode of metropolitan area is based on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, the evolution and renewal of production organization, the mechanism of resources and environment, the penetration of information network technology, and the cooperative innovation of government, industry, education and research. Urban spatial management and management is the driving force of industrial spatial optimization and urban orderly expansion, regional integration and development closely combined, collaborative advancement, remarkable results, with a strong reference and promotion significance.
