【摘要】：隨著航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,臨空指向性產(chǎn)業(yè)和各種生產(chǎn)要素在機(jī)場(chǎng)周邊大規(guī)模集聚,形成一種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)。它與供給側(cè)改革要求具有內(nèi)在契合性,可通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、價(jià)值提升、技術(shù)革新等多條路徑作用于供給側(cè)改革,從供需雙向推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)前結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾化解,為供給側(cè)改革提供結(jié)構(gòu)指向、價(jià)值指向、效率指向、需求指向。中國(guó)應(yīng)強(qiáng)化臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略地位,加大政府對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的扶植力度,完善國(guó)際"空中絲綢之路",探索臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新模式,構(gòu)建臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新發(fā)展體系,推動(dòng)"中國(guó)制造"向"中國(guó)質(zhì)造""中國(guó)智造"轉(zhuǎn)變,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)換和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)提供新動(dòng)能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of air transportation industry, air oriented industries and various factors of production gather in large scale around the airport, forming a new economic form of air economy. It can act on the supply-side reform through industrial upgrading, structural optimization, value promotion, technological innovation and so on, which can promote the solution of the current structural contradictions of China's economy from supply and demand. Supply side reform provides structural direction, value direction, efficiency direction, demand direction. China should strengthen the strategic position of the air-front economy, strengthen the government's support for the development of the air-front economy, perfect the international "aerial Silk Road", explore the new development model of the air-front economy, and construct the innovative development system of the air-front industrial cluster. The transformation from "made in China" to "made in China" and "made in China" will provide new momentum for the transformation of the mode of economic development and sustained economic growth in China.
