【摘要】：社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展是人類社會(huì)延續(xù)與進(jìn)步的必然邏輯,當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨著生態(tài)環(huán)境超載、資源枯竭、人力資本流失、粗放型經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。因此,探究適合我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略路徑意義重大。文章首先,總結(jié)、鏡鑒人類社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐歷程,理清可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求與邏輯。其次,分別通過經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式、生態(tài)環(huán)境資源、人力資本積累三個(gè)層面闡述我國社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路上面臨的問題與障礙。最終提出“一轉(zhuǎn)變、二推進(jìn)、三完善”的戰(zhàn)略路徑。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of society is the inevitable logic of the continuation and progress of human society. At present, the sustainable development of our society is faced with many challenges, such as the overload of ecological environment, the depletion of resources, the loss of human capital, the extensive mode of economic growth, and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the strategic path suitable for our country's sustainable development. Firstly, this paper summarizes the practical course of sustainable development of human society, and clarifies the internal requirements and logic of sustainable development. Secondly, through the economic growth mode, the ecological environment resources, the human capital accumulation three aspects respectively elaborated our country social sustainable development road to face the question and the barrier. Finally, put forward the strategic path of "one transformation, two advance, three perfect".
