【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化客觀上為金磚國家合作提供了新動能,國別間的互補(bǔ)性使產(chǎn)能合作擁有更為廣闊的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α８鶕?jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長活力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人口與勞動力素質(zhì)、資源與商品等方面的比較分析,表明金磚國家之間存在明顯的非均衡性差異。因此,中國與金磚國家產(chǎn)能合作應(yīng)該按照彼此不同的比較優(yōu)勢和基礎(chǔ)條件,結(jié)合各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要,在貿(mào)易、投資與合作的方式和領(lǐng)域上有所區(qū)別,采取互補(bǔ)型貿(mào)易、梯度型轉(zhuǎn)移和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工三種路徑,垂直型與水平型轉(zhuǎn)移各有側(cè)重,地理空間和產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域相互契合,以進(jìn)一步提高中國與金磚國家產(chǎn)能合作的針對性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The changes in the world economic environment objectively provide new momentum for BRICS cooperation, and the complementarity among countries makes the cooperation of production capacity have broader development potential. Therefore, according to their different comparative advantages and basic conditions, combined with the actual needs of the economic development of each country, China and BRICS countries should adopt three paths: complementary trade, gradient transfer and industrial chain division of labor, vertical and horizontal transfer. Each has its own emphasis, and the geographical space and industrial areas are mutually compatible to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of China-BRICS capacity cooperation.
