【摘要】：針對(duì)中石油海外復(fù)雜合同模式及經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境多變情況下如何實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)量、投資、效益、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等多個(gè)目標(biāo)優(yōu)化配置的問(wèn)題,本文建立了考慮時(shí)間維度及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子的非線(xiàn)性多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,表征了海外不同合同模式涉及的復(fù)雜商業(yè)規(guī)則和約束條件,提出了一種全新的求解多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型的混合優(yōu)化方法.該方法先通過(guò)排隊(duì)過(guò)濾法生成滿(mǎn)足目標(biāo)和約束條件的投資組合解;然后以該解的特征參數(shù)作為約束條件進(jìn)行線(xiàn)性?xún)?yōu)化,求出投資組合局部最優(yōu)解;最后以該最優(yōu)解作為初始投資組合通過(guò)遺傳算法求解得到一系列投資組合可行解.通過(guò)利用該方法對(duì)海外油氣項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展多目標(biāo)投資組合優(yōu)化,驗(yàn)證了該方法對(duì)于海外項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的適用性,為海外項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃方案設(shè)計(jì)提供了科學(xué)適用的思路和方法.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of how to optimize the allocation of output, investment, benefit, risk and so on under the complicated contract mode and the changeable operating environment of PetroChina overseas, In this paper, a nonlinear multi-objective optimization mathematical model considering time dimension and risk factor is established, which represents the complex business rules and constraints involved in different overseas contract models. A new hybrid optimization method for solving multi-objective optimization model is proposed. In this method, the portfolio solution satisfying the objective and constraint conditions is generated by queuing filter method, and then the local optimal solution of the investment portfolio is obtained by using the characteristic parameters of the solution as the constraint condition for linear optimization. Finally, the optimal solution is used as the initial portfolio to obtain a series of feasible solutions by genetic algorithm. By using this method to carry out multi-objective portfolio optimization for overseas oil and gas projects, the applicability of this method to multi-objective optimization of overseas oil and gas projects is verified, and a scientific and applicable idea and method for overseas project planning and design are provided.
