【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展新格局轉(zhuǎn)換需要的頂層設(shè)計(jì)。從地理空間聯(lián)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)、從資源稟賦優(yōu)勢(shì)到資源整合能力形成的資源新優(yōu)勢(shì)、勞動(dòng)力成本優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為人力資本優(yōu)勢(shì)、由被動(dòng)接受市場(chǎng)向開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)化形成的主體優(yōu)勢(shì),及"后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)"向"先發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)"轉(zhuǎn)化形成的開(kāi)放政策優(yōu)勢(shì),構(gòu)成新階段我國(guó)主導(dǎo)與參與區(qū)域合作的"新比較優(yōu)勢(shì)"的內(nèi)涵,是前一階段比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的升級(jí)版。基于"新比較優(yōu)勢(shì)","一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)在東西雙向開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略融合、內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng)模式、開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略空間、多維協(xié)同戰(zhàn)略等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:The strategy of " One Belt and One Road " is a top - level design adapted to the transformation of the new pattern of economic and trade development in our country . From the geographical space to the formation of the economic space network , the advantages of the new comparative advantage formed by the resource endowment advantages to the resource integration capability , the main advantages of the transformation from the passive acceptance market to the pioneer market , and the " new comparative advantage " in the former stage . Based on the " new comparative advantage " , the " Belt and One Road " strategy should realize strategic upgrading in the aspects of the two - way open strategic integration , the internal and external linkage model , the open strategic space and the multi - dimensional coordinated strategy .
