【摘要】：基于"驅(qū)動(dòng)力-壓力-狀態(tài)-影響-響應(yīng)"(DPSIR)模型,構(gòu)建了河南省區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法對(duì)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),引入Theil系數(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行空間解構(gòu),結(jié)果表明:1)河南省總體可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力不強(qiáng)且差異明顯�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展能力一般及以下的城市數(shù)量占河南省城市總數(shù)的94.44%,可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力較差的達(dá)到了1/3;鄭州可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力較強(qiáng),鶴壁可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力最弱;2)河南省區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的空間差異性是由區(qū)內(nèi)和區(qū)際差異共同造成的,二者貢獻(xiàn)率相當(dāng),總體呈下降趨勢(shì);中原城市群是區(qū)內(nèi)和區(qū)際差異的主要貢獻(xiàn)者,黃淮海地區(qū)的貢獻(xiàn)率最低;3)在區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力構(gòu)成要素中,響應(yīng)對(duì)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的影響最大,是決定性因子;驅(qū)動(dòng)力對(duì)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的影響最小;基于各地市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要影響因素及組合情況,將其劃分為壓力約束型、驅(qū)動(dòng)力引領(lǐng)型、壓力支撐型、壓力狀態(tài)綜合型及多因素共同驅(qū)動(dòng)型5種類型。
[Abstract]:Based on the DPSIR model, the index system of regional sustainable development evaluation in Henan province is constructed. The entropy weight method is used to evaluate the sustainable development of Henan province. Theil coefficient is introduced to deconstruct the regional sustainable development. The results show that the overall sustainable development ability of Henan Province is not strong and the difference is obvious. The number of cities with average and below sustainable development capacity accounts for 94.444.44% of the total number of cities in Henan Province, and the capacity of sustainable development is less than one third of that in Henan Province, and Zhengzhou has a strong capacity for sustainable development. The spatial difference of regional sustainable development ability in Henan Province is caused by the regional and inter-regional differences, the contribution rate of the two is equal, and the overall trend of decline; The urban agglomeration in Central China is the main contributor of regional and inter-regional differences, the contribution rate of Huang-Huai-Hai region is the lowest (3) among the elements of regional sustainable development capacity, response has the greatest influence on regional sustainable development ability and is the decisive factor. The driving force has the least influence on the regional sustainable development ability, and based on the main influencing factors and the combination of the sustainable development of each city and city, it can be divided into three types: pressure constraint type, driving force leading type, pressure supporting type, and so on. There are five types of pressure state synthesis and multi-factor co-drive.
