吉林省農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)研究

【摘要】:1978年至今,吉林省農(nóng)村居民的生活發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,,食物消費(fèi)也發(fā)生了很大變化,在逐步提高食物消費(fèi)支出的過程中,食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也在不斷的優(yōu)化,農(nóng)村居民的營養(yǎng)狀況較之前有很大改觀。但是,作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省的吉林,農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)有其獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn),因此,有必要對其食物消費(fèi)水平高低、食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理進(jìn)行專門的系統(tǒng)研究。 基于大量相關(guān)資料,從農(nóng)村居民純收入、生活消費(fèi)、恩格爾系數(shù)、食物消費(fèi)量等方面切入研究。對改革開放至今,吉林省農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村居民生活水平得到了質(zhì)的飛躍,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)脫離貧困的苦境。對不同年份農(nóng)村居民的食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對比分析可知,食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)日趨合理,糧食、蔬菜等植物性食物消費(fèi)量有所下降,肉、蛋、奶類消費(fèi)量逐漸增加,飲食結(jié)構(gòu)漸漸向營養(yǎng)均衡方面改善。 通過和城鎮(zhèn)居民、其他省的農(nóng)村居民相比較;與全國農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)平均水平以及與國家食物消費(fèi)階段性目標(biāo)之間相比,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):食物消費(fèi)種類與層次明顯低于城鎮(zhèn)居民;但吉林省在整體上優(yōu)于全國平均水平,只是有些方面還存在不足;與江蘇、浙江等省市的相比,明顯看到吉林省農(nóng)村居民肉、奶、水產(chǎn)品類食物消費(fèi)還存在很大差距;與國家階段性食物消費(fèi)目標(biāo)的差距更是顯而易見。 利用回歸模型對吉林省農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明,要想改善當(dāng)前吉林省農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)局面,必須要提高農(nóng)村居民收入、優(yōu)化農(nóng)村居民收入結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村市場建設(shè)。 根據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出以下建議:拓展從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)收入的增長空間,帶動(dòng)食物消費(fèi)升級;提高農(nóng)村居民工資性收入比例,改善農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu);加強(qiáng)吉林省農(nóng)村市場建設(shè),為提升食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)提供環(huán)境保證。希望能為吉林省農(nóng)村居民食物消費(fèi)提供可借鑒之處。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, the life of rural residents in Jilin Province has undergone earth-shaking changes, and food consumption has also undergone great changes. In the process of gradually increasing food consumption expenditure, the structure of food consumption has been constantly optimized. The nutritional status of rural residents is much better than before. However, as a large agricultural province of Jilin, rural residents' food consumption has its unique characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to make a special systematic study on the level of food consumption and whether the food consumption structure is reasonable or not. Based on a large number of relevant data, this paper analyzes the net income, living consumption, Engel's coefficient and food consumption of rural residents. The development of food consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province is analyzed and summarized. Found that the living standards of rural residents have made a qualitative leap out of poverty. The comparative analysis of the food consumption structure of rural residents in different years shows that the food consumption structure is becoming more and more reasonable, the consumption of vegetable foods such as grain and vegetables has decreased, and the consumption of meat, eggs and milk has gradually increased. The diet is gradually improving towards a balanced diet. Comparing with the urban residents and the rural residents of other provinces, comparing with the average level of food consumption of rural residents in the whole country and the stage target of national food consumption, it can be found that the types and levels of food consumption are obviously lower than those of the urban residents. But Jilin Province is better than the national average on the whole, but there are still some deficiencies in some aspects, compared with Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other provinces and cities, it is obvious that there is a big gap in the consumption of meat, milk and aquatic products among the rural residents of Jilin Province. The gap with the national food consumption target is even more obvious. Using regression model to analyze the influencing factors of food consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province, the results show that in order to improve the current situation of food consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province, it is necessary to increase the income of rural residents. We will optimize the income structure of rural residents and strengthen the construction of rural markets. According to the conclusions of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: to expand the space for increasing income from agricultural production, to promote food consumption upgrading, to increase the proportion of wage income of rural residents, to improve the food consumption structure of rural residents, and to strengthen the construction of rural market in Jilin Province. To improve the food consumption structure to provide environmental protection. It is hoped that the food consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province can be used for reference.
