【摘要】：按照世界銀行提出的"中等收入陷阱"的概念,我國(guó)人均GDP在2015年達(dá)到了 8000美元之后,我國(guó)國(guó)民收入便進(jìn)入了中上等收入階段。但2015年人均GDP的增長(zhǎng)速度僅為6.9%,2016年GDP增長(zhǎng)速度下降為6.7%,而且專家預(yù)測(cè)2017年的GDP增速將進(jìn)一步回落至6.5%。我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)逐漸放緩已是一個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),并且因?yàn)橐郧安扇〉拇址判桶l(fā)展方式而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境等問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,我國(guó)目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和陷入"中等收入陷阱"的危機(jī)。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展,走出"中等收入陷阱"的困境成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于"中等收入陷阱"問(wèn)題的研究具有一定的理論意義和重要的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本文主要對(duì)我國(guó)面臨"中等收入陷阱"的挑戰(zhàn)及其對(duì)策進(jìn)行了研究。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)"中等收入陷阱"的研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理分析,全面了解了專家學(xué)者們的研究動(dòng)向,為本文的研究打下了鋪墊。然后重點(diǎn)分析了我國(guó)目前面臨"中等收入陷阱"所遭遇的挑戰(zhàn),了解了阻礙我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的因素。然后對(duì)國(guó)際社會(huì)上面臨"中等收入陷阱"國(guó)家的政策舉措進(jìn)行了整理、歸納,總結(jié)了各國(guó)跨越"中等收入陷阱"的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)1995年到2016年經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,證明了收入差距、資源節(jié)約和自主創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)中國(guó)跨越"中等收入陷阱"的影響作用。最后,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了保障我國(guó)成功走出"中等收入陷阱"的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:According to the concept of "middle income trap" put forward by the World Bank, after China's per capita GDP reached 8000 US dollars in 2015, China's national income entered the middle and upper income stage. But GDP growth per capita in 2015 was just 6.9, falling to 6.7 in 2016, and experts predict that GDP growth will fall further to 6.5 in 2017. It is an indisputable fact that China's economic growth has slowed gradually, and the economic, social and environmental problems caused by the extensive development mode adopted in the past are becoming increasingly serious. China's current economic development is facing a huge challenge and a "middle-income trap" crisis. How to achieve healthy and sustainable development and get out of the "middle-income trap" has become an urgent problem. The study of middle-income trap has certain theoretical significance and important practical value. This paper mainly studies the challenge and countermeasures of middle-income trap in China. Firstly, the research results of "middle income trap" at home and abroad are combed and analyzed, and the research trends of experts and scholars are fully understood, which lays the groundwork for the research of this paper. Then, the paper analyzes the challenge of the middle income trap and finds out the factors hindering the sustainable and healthy development of our economy. Then, the paper collates the policy measures of the countries facing the "middle-income trap" in the international community, sums up the experiences and lessons of countries in crossing the "middle-income trap". Through the empirical analysis of the panel data of China's economic development from 1995 to 2016, this paper proves the influence of income gap, resource saving and independent innovation ability on China's crossing the "middle income trap". Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure that our country can successfully walk out of the "middle income trap".
