【摘要】：鑒于創(chuàng)新要素流動受到省域戶籍、財政等政策的影響,以省域為研究載體,研究省域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主體間互動可以動態(tài)反映在同一基礎(chǔ)條件下創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同過程。以復(fù)合系統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了包含科技服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟復(fù)合系統(tǒng)理論模型,基于湖北、湖南和江西三省2009-2014年面板數(shù)據(jù),運用復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度模型對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟復(fù)合系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實證分析。通過比較各省復(fù)合系統(tǒng)中子系統(tǒng)有序度、協(xié)同度以及各個協(xié)同創(chuàng)新子系統(tǒng)有序度,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同地區(qū)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢不同,各地協(xié)同創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟核心創(chuàng)新主體應(yīng)有差異;政府是否參與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新應(yīng)有所選擇;湖北省復(fù)合系統(tǒng)應(yīng)深化科技服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)下層子系統(tǒng)與高校子系統(tǒng)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)子系統(tǒng)間聯(lián)系;江西省復(fù)合系統(tǒng)應(yīng)以產(chǎn)業(yè)子系統(tǒng)為突破口,形成多向發(fā)展的可能。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the flow of innovation elements is influenced by the policies of household registration and finance in the province, taking the province as the research carrier, the interaction between the subjects of collaborative innovation in the province can be dynamically reflected in the collaborative process of the economy driven by innovation under the same basic conditions. Based on the theory of composite system, a theoretical model of collaborative innovation alliance is constructed, which includes scientific and technological service subsystem. The model is based on the panel data of Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces in 2009-2014. An empirical analysis of collaborative innovation alliance composite system is carried out by using the collaborative system synergy model. By comparing the degree of order of subsystems, the degree of cooperation and the degree of order of each collaborative innovation subsystem in each province, it is found that different regions have different advantages of innovation, and the core innovation subjects of cooperative innovation alliance should be different. Whether the government should participate in collaborative innovation should be selected; Hubei province composite system should deepen the relationship between the lower subsystem of science and technology service subsystem, the subsystem of university and the subsystem of scientific research institution; the industrial subsystem should be the breakthrough point of the composite system in Jiangxi province. Forming the possibility of multidirectional development.
