【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟實力的逐漸增強,中國積極參與全球經(jīng)濟合作。中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建立,特別是海上絲綢之路戰(zhàn)略的提出,中國對馬來西亞的直接投資日益加大,而馬來西亞提出的經(jīng)濟走廊戰(zhàn)略,極大地促進來中國對馬來西亞的直接投資。在這一背景下,中國與馬來西亞的相互直接投資對中馬兩國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有很大的提升空間。此外,中國經(jīng)濟進入了新常態(tài)時期,加大與馬來西亞的雙向直接投資不僅能夠帶動中國的市場活力,而且有助于拓展企業(yè)投資空間,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);而馬來西亞希望借助中國的對外開放和對外合作提高自身的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。據(jù)此,研究中馬雙向直接投資的影響因素對于分析中國關(guān)于吸收外商直接投資和對外直接投資的政策制定以及兩國的投資協(xié)定的談判具有一定的借鑒意義。本文先概述了中國與馬來西亞雙向直接投資的國際背景和國內(nèi)環(huán)境,進而闡明本文選題的意義,并對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于中國與馬來西亞進行雙向直接投資的相關(guān)文獻進行整理和總結(jié),指出以往研究中存在的不足,繼而詳細介紹中馬兩國相互直接投資的發(fā)展及特點。本文選取2000-2015年中國和馬來西亞的相互直接投資額作為被解釋變量,兩國的市場規(guī)模、兩國對東道國的出口情況、名義匯率和旅游人數(shù)、留學(xué)人數(shù)作為解釋變量進行研究,通過實證分析得出結(jié)論:市場規(guī)模、出口情況、名義匯率和留學(xué)人數(shù)是影響中國對馬來西亞進行直接投資的主要因素,旅游人數(shù)則影響較少,而在馬來西亞對中國的直接投資過程中可以看出,市場規(guī)模、出口情況、名義匯率和旅游人數(shù)是主要影響因素。針對中馬兩國相互直接投資中所受影響因素的不同,進而提出相關(guān)的政策建議,主要包括繼續(xù)加強雙方的政治合作,加強雙方的高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流和國家的政策引導(dǎo);拓展中馬產(chǎn)業(yè)合作空間,優(yōu)化雙方合作產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),完善產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè);重視中馬兩國的文化融合。
[Abstract]:With the gradual strengthening of China's economic strength, China actively participates in global economic cooperation. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, especially the proposal of the Maritime Silk Road strategy, the increasing Chinese direct investment in Malaysia, and the economic corridor strategy put forward by Malaysia, To greatly promote direct investment in Malaysia from China. Under this background, the mutual direct investment between China and Malaysia has great room for the economic development of China and Malaysia. In addition, China's economy has entered a new normal period, increasing two-way direct investment with Malaysia can not only promote the market vitality of China, but also help to expand the investment space of enterprises and optimize the industrial structure. Malaysia hopes to improve its economic development through China's opening-up and foreign cooperation. Therefore, the study on the influencing factors of two-way direct investment between China and Malaysia is of great significance to the analysis of China's policy of absorbing foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment, as well as the negotiation of investment agreements between the two countries. This paper first outlines the international background and domestic environment of two-way direct investment between China and Malaysia, and then clarifies the significance of this topic. This paper also summarizes the literatures of Chinese and Malaysian scholars about the two-way direct investment between China and Malaysia, points out the shortcomings of the previous researches, and then introduces in detail the development and characteristics of the mutual direct investment between China and Malaysia. This paper selects the mutual direct investment between China and Malaysia from 2000 to 2015 as the explanatory variable, the market size of the two countries, the export situation of the two countries to the host country, the nominal exchange rate and the number of tourists, and the number of students studying abroad as the explanatory variables. Through the empirical analysis, it is concluded that market size, export situation, nominal exchange rate and number of students studying abroad are the main factors influencing China's direct investment in Malaysia, while the number of tourists has little effect. In the process of Malaysian direct investment in China, we can see that market size, export situation, nominal exchange rate and the number of tourists are the main factors. Aiming at the difference of the influence factors in the mutual direct investment between China and Malaysia, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, including strengthening the political cooperation between the two countries, strengthening the exchange of high-level leaders and the policy guidance of the country; Expand the space of industrial cooperation between China and Malaysia, optimize the industrial structure of cooperation between the two sides, improve the construction of industrial parks, and attach importance to the cultural integration between China and Malaysia.
