【摘要】：目前中國煤炭鋼鐵等行業(yè)存在產(chǎn)能過剩,在對其進行去產(chǎn)能的過程中,必然會對就業(yè)等經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象造成一定的負面影響。通過在一個加入庫存供給模塊的CGE模型框架下,利用一般均衡分析去產(chǎn)能控產(chǎn)量對勞動要素再配資的影響。分析表明:去產(chǎn)能過程中適量減產(chǎn)去庫存,全國就業(yè)總量有一定的下降,煤炭鋼鐵行業(yè)釋放的閑置勞動力,部分被其他產(chǎn)業(yè)吸納,并促進了這些產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)出,轉變了中國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構。最后結合中國當前情況,就去產(chǎn)能過程出現(xiàn)的一些負效應提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:At present, there is overcapacity in China's coal and steel industries, which will inevitably have a negative impact on economic phenomena such as employment. Under the framework of a CGE model with inventory supply module, the effect of production capacity control on labor factor redistribution is analyzed by general equilibrium analysis. The analysis shows that in the process of reducing production capacity and removing inventory, the total employment of the whole country has declined to a certain extent, and some of the idle labor released by the coal and steel industry has been absorbed by other industries, and the output of these industries has been promoted. Changed China's industrial structure. Finally, according to the current situation in China, some suggestions on the negative effects of the process of deproductivity are put forward.
