【摘要】：金融活動是經(jīng)濟活動重要組成部分,它起著對資源配置的基礎功能,特別是資金配置功能,它調(diào)節(jié)著資金在三次產(chǎn)業(yè)之間合理的流動,從低效的產(chǎn)業(yè)退出,進入資金利用效率較高的高新技術產(chǎn)業(yè),不斷的推動著產(chǎn)業(yè)向合理化和高級化調(diào)整�；诖藝鴥�(nèi)外學者對金融活動與經(jīng)濟增長的關系做了大量的學術研究,取得了顯著成就。但更多的是從金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長的宏觀角度進行論證,而很少是基于金融發(fā)展的核心-金融結構與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心-經(jīng)濟結構之間的相互關系。而本文試圖從金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構這個層面去研究兩者之間相互關系,并找到金融結構調(diào)整對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級的影響機制,并給出相應的對策建議。 為此本文首先是回顧與梳理了國內(nèi)外學者關于金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的相關理論研究,總結出了金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的一些基本理論觀點,并且對金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構相互影響的一些作用途徑進行了探討。其次,通過對金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的基本概念的回顧,界定了本文所研究的金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的概念與邊界,并進一步闡述了二者之間的相互作用機理。接著對四川省金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,并在現(xiàn)狀分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)了二者的若干矛盾。然后,利用四川省的相關數(shù)據(jù)進行了實證分析,分析了四川省金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的相互關系,并通過回歸分析明確了二者之間的促進作用。最后,在全文分析的基礎上,發(fā)現(xiàn)了金融結構在促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級方面的局限,并為之提出了相關政策建議。 從四川省的金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀分析來看,四川省的金融結構是以銀行為主導的金融結構,在金融的市場結構、融資結構等方面四川省存在著明顯不足。從實證分析來看,四川省的金融產(chǎn)業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構存在單向的因果關系,即四川省金融結構對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級有單向的格蘭杰因果,此外,從長期和短期來看,借助四川省金融結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的回歸模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)長期呈現(xiàn)正的相關性,但是金融結構對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構影響的作用系數(shù)較小,有待繼續(xù)優(yōu)化與完善,在短期中,金融結構對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的影響較為明顯。 綜上,結合全文分析所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,本文從優(yōu)化金融機構結構、金融市場結構、融資結構等方面出發(fā),提出了從政策與制度入手,完善四川省的金融結構以推動四川省產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級。
[Abstract]:Financial activity is an important part of economic activity. It plays a basic role in the allocation of resources, especially the function of capital allocation. It regulates the rational flow of funds among three industries and withdraws from inefficient industries. Enter the high-tech industry with high efficiency of capital utilization, pushing the industry to rationalization and high-level adjustment. Based on this, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of academic research on the relationship between financial activities and economic growth, and have made remarkable achievements. But more from the macro point of view of financial development and economic growth, few are based on the core of financial development-financial structure and economic development of the core-economic structure of the relationship between. This paper attempts to study the relationship between financial structure and industrial structure from the perspective of financial structure and industrial structure, and find out the influence mechanism of financial structure adjustment on the upgrading of industrial structure, and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, this paper reviews and combs the relevant theoretical research on financial structure and industrial structure, summarizes some basic theoretical viewpoints of financial structure and industrial structure. At the same time, it discusses some action ways of the interaction between financial structure and industrial structure. Secondly, by reviewing the basic concepts of financial structure and industrial structure, this paper defines the concept and boundary of financial structure and industrial structure, and further expounds the interaction mechanism between them. Then it analyzes the present situation of financial structure and industrial structure in Sichuan Province, and finds out some contradictions between them. Then, using the relevant data of Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the relationship between financial structure and industrial structure of Sichuan Province, and clarifies the promoting role between them by regression analysis. Finally, on the basis of the full text analysis, we find the limitation of the financial structure in promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure, and put forward some relevant policy recommendations for it. Based on the analysis of the present situation of financial structure and industrial structure in Sichuan Province, the financial structure of Sichuan Province is dominated by banks, and there are obvious deficiencies in the market structure and financing structure of Sichuan Province. From the empirical analysis, there is a one-way causal relationship between financial industry and industrial structure in Sichuan Province, that is, there is a one-way Granger causality between financial structure and industrial structure upgrading in Sichuan Province, in addition, in the long run and in the short term, With the help of the regression model of financial structure and industrial structure in Sichuan Province, it is found that there is a positive correlation for a long time, but the effect coefficient of financial structure on industrial structure is relatively small, so it needs to be further optimized and perfected in the short term. The influence of financial structure on industrial structure is obvious. In summary, combined with the problems found in the full text analysis, this paper starts from the optimization of the structure of financial institutions, the structure of financial markets, financing structure and so on, and puts forward the policy and system. Improve the financial structure of Sichuan Province to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of Sichuan Province.
