【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，重慶市黨和政府提出了“科學(xué)發(fā)展、富民興渝”，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕，城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，全面推進(jìn)“五位一體”總體布局等目標(biāo)。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這些目標(biāo)，必須要正視重慶市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的問(wèn)題�？s小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距是城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的目標(biāo)之一，居民收入直接關(guān)系到居民生活的幸福指數(shù)；而真正做到城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展也會(huì)提高重慶市居民的幸福指數(shù)。因此，城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌度之間的關(guān)系成為本文研究的核心內(nèi)容。 本文在對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌互動(dòng)機(jī)理充分論證的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌度之間關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析，找出二者之間互相影響的規(guī)律及關(guān)系，為抑制重慶市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大，促進(jìn)重慶市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展給出建議性的對(duì)策。論文共由6章組成，從理論和實(shí)證兩方面考察了城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌度之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。第1章為導(dǎo)論,闡述選題背景和意義、核心概念、研究?jī)?nèi)容及篇章安排。第2章綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌和城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的研究現(xiàn)狀，在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究不足的基礎(chǔ)上，確定本文的研究方法，并對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌之間的互動(dòng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了闡述。第3章主要研究城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的測(cè)度（包括指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建、指標(biāo)處理方法、最終得到的城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌度等）。第4章主要介紹了重慶市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行衡量。第5章是對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。第6章則是結(jié)合前述分析，對(duì)互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行再思考，，提出縮小重慶市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距和加強(qiáng)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the Party and the government of Chongqing have put forward the goals of "scientific development, enriching the people and prospering Chongqing", realizing common prosperity, coordinating the development of urban and rural areas, and promoting the overall layout of "five in one" in an all-round way. To achieve these goals, we must face up to the income gap between urban and rural residents in Chongqing. Narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents is one of the goals of urban-rural planning. The income of residents directly relates to the happiness index of residents' life, and the real development of urban and rural areas will also improve the happiness index of Chongqing residents. Therefore, the relationship between urban-rural income gap and urban-rural overall planning has become the core of this study. Based on the full demonstration of the interaction mechanism between urban and rural residents' income gap and urban-rural overall planning, this paper, through the empirical analysis of the relationship between urban-rural residents' income gap and urban-rural overall planning degree, finds out the law and relationship between the two influencing each other. In order to restrain the widening of income gap between urban and rural residents in Chongqing and to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing, some suggestions are put forward. The thesis is composed of six chapters, and examines the interaction between urban and rural residents' income gap and urban-rural overall planning from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The first chapter is an introduction, explaining the background and significance of the topic, core concepts, research content and text arrangement. Chapter 2 summarizes the research status of urban-rural overall planning and income gap between urban and rural residents at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the lack of research at home and abroad, it determines the research methods of this paper. The interaction mechanism between urban and rural income gap and urban-rural coordination is expounded. Chapter 3 mainly studies the measurement of urban and rural overall planning (including the construction of index system, the method of index processing, the degree of urban and rural coordination and so on). Chapter 4 mainly introduces the current situation and trend of income gap between urban and rural residents in Chongqing, and measures it. Chapter 5 is an empirical analysis of the interactive relationship between urban and rural income gap and urban and rural planning. The sixth chapter is based on the above analysis, rethinking the interactive relationship, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents in Chongqing and to strengthen the urban-rural overall planning.
