【摘要】：土地與人口社會(huì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)體量增長(zhǎng)、環(huán)境自然承載存在天然的耦合性。通過建立土地利用系統(tǒng)與社會(huì)—經(jīng)濟(jì)—自然系統(tǒng)(SEN)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,揭示2013-2015年長(zhǎng)江中游城市群土地利用與SEN系統(tǒng)的耦合作用規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:土地利用系統(tǒng)與社會(huì)—經(jīng)濟(jì)—自然系統(tǒng)逐步走向有序、聚合,其中武漢城市圈屬于低值、離散聚合區(qū),環(huán)鄱陽湖城市圈屬于高值、集中聚合區(qū);在空間上分為五大梯度,呈現(xiàn)典型"中心—外圍"、"錐型"聚集特征。第一梯度城市應(yīng)發(fā)揮由點(diǎn)及面、由面到體的輻射帶動(dòng)作用;第二梯度城市應(yīng)接納高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移;第三梯度城市應(yīng)發(fā)展綜合化、高層次的城市土地利用模式;第四梯度城市應(yīng)打造綜合交通運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),加強(qiáng)與中心城區(qū)及周邊城市圈的地理聯(lián)結(jié);第五梯度城市應(yīng)遵循市場(chǎng)機(jī)制,使城市土地利用與社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、自然等要素協(xié)調(diào)、均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There is a natural coupling between land and population and social development, economic growth and natural bearing of environment. By establishing the coupling coordination degree model between land use system and socio-economic natural system (SEN), the coupling law of land use and SEN system in urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2013 to 2015 is revealed. The results show that the land use system and the social-economic-natural system are gradually moving towards order and aggregation, among which Wuhan urban circle belongs to low value, discrete aggregation area, and Poyang Lake urban circle belongs to high value and centralized aggregation area. It is divided into five gradients in space, showing typical "center-periphery" and "conical" aggregation characteristics. The first gradient city should play a leading role in radiation from point and surface to body, the second gradient city should accept the transfer of high-tech industry, the third gradient city should develop a comprehensive and high-level urban land use model, the second gradient city should accept the transfer of high-tech industry, and the third gradient city should develop a comprehensive and high-level urban land use model. The fourth gradient city should build a comprehensive transportation network, strengthen the geographical connection with the central city area and the surrounding city circle, and the fifth gradient city should follow the market mechanism to coordinate the urban land use with social, economic, natural and other factors.
