【摘要】：拓展金融、資本市場的廣度和深度,破解金融服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟瓶頸制約,是實現(xiàn)河南省經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵所在。去自《2015年河南省政府工作報告》首次正式使用“金融豫軍”這一概念至今,“金融豫軍”逐步步入能量大爆發(fā)狀態(tài),在短短三年時間內(nèi),中原證券在港上市,中原銀行、中原農(nóng)險正式成立,中原股權(quán)交易中心開業(yè)開市……金融豫軍從起步到壯大,真正實現(xiàn)蔚然成“軍”,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展支撐力不斷加碼。“金融豫軍”這股新興勢力不斷發(fā)展壯大,正在改變河南省舊的金融市場格局,“金融豫軍”的崛起對于河南省實施五大國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有深刻的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先按時間順序梳理國內(nèi)外金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長關(guān)系及區(qū)域金融差異與區(qū)域金融中心等相關(guān)文獻,然后提出了本文關(guān)于地方金融支持與地方經(jīng)濟相關(guān)性的理論框架。本文在金融支持理論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究地方金融如何優(yōu)化支持地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。文章從四個方面展開討論,首先在金融體系和金融支持體系、銀行效率與經(jīng)濟增長理論的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)筑了理論框架,接著,提出本研究關(guān)于地方金融支持與地方經(jīng)濟相關(guān)性的理論框架。其次,文章從“金融豫軍”出發(fā),闡述了金融豫軍體系框架、組建原因和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后,根據(jù)河南省地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以區(qū)域性中小型銀行為例,利用相關(guān)指標體系進行實證分析,證明金融支持與經(jīng)濟增長的內(nèi)生機制,并進一步分析金融豫軍支持地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的路徑表現(xiàn)。最后,文章基于此前文對金融豫軍的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及與河南省地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系的分析,提出當前金融豫軍支持地方經(jīng)濟的機制措施和改革發(fā)展的具體方案。
[Abstract]:To expand the breadth and depth of finance and capital market and to break the bottleneck of financial service real economy is the key to realize the economic transformation and upgrading in Henan Province. Since the first formal use of the concept of "Financial Henan Army" by the "Henan Province Government work report of 2015", the "Financial Henan Army" has gradually stepped into a state of energy explosion. In a short period of three years, Central Plains Securities listed in Hong Kong, Central Plains Bank, The Central Plains Agricultural Insurance was formally established, the Central Plains equity trading center opened. Financial and Henan troops from the start to grow, the real Wei ran into a "military", support for regional economic development continues to increase the code. The "Financial and Henan Army", a new force, is changing the old financial market pattern of Henan Province. The rise of "Financial and Henan Army" has profound practical significance for the implementation of the development strategy of the five major countries in Henan Province. In this paper, the relationship between financial development and economic growth at home and abroad, regional financial differences and regional financial centers are reviewed in chronological order, and then the theoretical framework of the correlation between local financial support and local economy is put forward. Based on the theory of financial support, this paper studies how local finance optimizes and supports the development of local economy. Firstly, the paper constructs a theoretical framework based on the theories of financial system, financial support system, bank efficiency and economic growth, and then builds a theoretical framework on the basis of the financial system and the financial support system, and the theory of bank efficiency and economic growth. The theoretical framework of the correlation between local financial support and local economy is put forward in this paper. Secondly, this paper expounds the system frame, the reasons and the present situation of the financial Henan Army from the point of view of "Financial Henan Army". Then, according to the development situation of local economy in Henan Province, taking the regional small and medium-sized banks as an example, using the relevant index system to carry on the empirical analysis, prove the endogenous mechanism of financial support and economic growth. And further analysis of the financial and Henan army to support the local economic development path performance. Finally, based on the analysis of the present situation of the financial and Henan army and its relationship with the local economic development in Henan province, the paper puts forward the mechanism measures and the concrete plan of the reform and development of the financial and Henan army to support the local economy.
