【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要趨勢和特征，而增長極理論中的增長極對整個(gè)區(qū)域回波——擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)的發(fā)揮是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的理論基礎(chǔ)。盡管內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)近十年來經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，但是區(qū)內(nèi)仍然存在不小的差異。自治區(qū)政府希望通過增強(qiáng)增長極的帶動(dòng)作用，以此提高其對整個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)力。那么呼包鄂三市對周邊地區(qū)的輻射帶動(dòng)作用如何？現(xiàn)階段是回波占主導(dǎo)還是擴(kuò)散占主導(dǎo)？如何解決增長極發(fā)展中回波效應(yīng)的消極影響，加速回波向擴(kuò)散轉(zhuǎn)變等問題都將是未來研究的重要課題。 本文研究基于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中區(qū)域增長極效應(yīng)角度，依據(jù)佩魯?shù)脑鲩L極理論和繆爾達(dá)爾的循環(huán)累積因果理論以及弗里德曼的中心——外圍模型，結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)呼包鄂經(jīng)濟(jì)圈實(shí)際狀況，采用定性和定量的方法深入剖析呼包鄂經(jīng)濟(jì)圈內(nèi)呼和浩特、鄂爾多斯、包頭這三個(gè)核心城市對周邊地區(qū)的回波、擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)。本文的研究具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，即通過定量分析證實(shí)三市對經(jīng)濟(jì)圈其他城市存在回波和擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)，通過相應(yīng)的政策加速回波向擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)化。 論文核心包括幾個(gè)部分：首先介紹了與本文研究直接相關(guān)或者是需要的基本理論。包括佩魯?shù)脑鲩L極理論、繆爾達(dá)爾的循環(huán)累積因果理論、威廉姆遜倒U型理論、弗里德曼的中心——外圍模型以及中心地理論，還有國內(nèi)的相關(guān)理論；其次，具體解釋了回波效應(yīng)和擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)的特征、特點(diǎn)等；再次介紹呼包鄂經(jīng)濟(jì)圈及呼包鄂三市的實(shí)際情況，通過對經(jīng)濟(jì)圈內(nèi)資金、人口、技術(shù)及資源流動(dòng)情況分析得出其存在的回波——擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)；最后，提出相應(yīng)的政策建議，，加速回波向擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變，實(shí)現(xiàn)呼包鄂經(jīng)濟(jì)圈區(qū)域一體化。
[Abstract]:Regional economic integration is an important trend and characteristic of today's world economy, and the growth pole in the growth pole theory is the theoretical basis of regional economic integration. Although the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has developed rapidly in the past ten years, there are still no small differences in the region. Autonomous Region Government In the hope of enhancing the driving force of the growth pole, so as to improve its power to the whole region economy. Then how is the radiation driving effect of the Hubei three city on the surrounding area? Is the echo dominant or diffusion dominated at this stage? How to solve the negative effects of echo effect in the growth pole development and accelerate the transformation of echo to diffusion and so on All will be an important subject in the future research.
Based on the perspective of regional growth pole effect in regional economics, this paper, based on Peru's growth pole theory, Myrdal's cyclic cumulative causal theory and Freedman's central - peripheral model, combined with the actual situation of the Hubei economic circle in Inner Mongolia area, uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the economic circle of Hubao Hubei. The echoes and diffusion effects of the three core cities of Hohhot, Ordos and Baotou have a certain theoretical and practical significance. Through quantitative analysis, it is proved that the three cities have echo and diffusion effects on other cities in the economic circle, and the response of the corresponding policies to the diffusion effect is converted to the diffusion effect.
The core of the thesis consists of several parts: first, it introduces the basic theories that are directly related to the study and need, including Peru's theory of growth pole, Myrdal's cyclic cumulative causality theory, Williamson's inverted U theory, Freedman's center, peripheral model and central ground theory, and domestic related theories; At the same time, the characteristics and characteristics of echo effect and diffusion effect are explained, and the actual situation of Hubao Hubei economic circle and Hubao three city are introduced again, and the echo diffusion effect is obtained by analyzing the flow of capital, population, technology and resources in the economic circle. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to accelerate the echo direction expansion. Change the dispersion effect and realize the regional integration of Hubao and Hubei economic circle.
