絲路帶西北段區(qū)域金融供給與綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展匹配問題研究

【摘要】:近年來由于環(huán)境問題帶來的壓力,綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越受到政府和人民大眾的重視。綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中面臨各種資金問題,需要金融增加供給并改善供給結(jié)構(gòu)來支持綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文探討了金融供給與綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論淵源,并選取絲路帶西北段區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繕颖?首先用基尼系數(shù)匹配法測算各指標(biāo)的基尼系數(shù)值從而找出該區(qū)域金融供給與綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展匹配中存在的問題,接著運(yùn)用熵權(quán)TOPSI匹配法計算二者匹配度與理想解之間的貼近度,最后得出陜西貼近度最高,金融供給與綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展匹配度最好的結(jié)論,并根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the pressure of environmental problems, the development of green industry has been paid more and more attention by the government and the public. Green industry is faced with various fund problems in the process of development. It needs finance to increase supply and improve supply structure to support the development of green industry. This paper discusses the theoretical origin of financial supply and green industry development, and selects the northwest section of the Silk Road Belt as the research sample. Firstly, the Gini coefficient value of each index is calculated by using Gini coefficient matching method to find out the problems existing in the matching of financial supply and green industry development in the region, and then the closeness between the matching degree and the ideal solution is calculated by using entropy weight TopSI matching method. Finally, the conclusion that Shaanxi has the highest closeness degree and the best matching degree between financial supply and green industry development is obtained, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the empirical results.
