中德農(nóng)業(yè)合作引入“雙元學(xué)徒制”培育新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民初探

【摘要】:中德農(nóng)業(yè)中心在過去一年多的時間里,以浙江有溫州科技職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為試點,嘗試引入德國"雙元學(xué)徒制"培育中國新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民;诖,本文在總結(jié)德國"雙元學(xué)徒制"關(guān)鍵因素基礎(chǔ)上,分析了在國內(nèi)引入該制度可能面臨的主要瓶頸:企業(yè)參與度不足,缺乏勝任的老師和企業(yè)培訓(xùn)人員以及相關(guān)制度和監(jiān)管體系缺失。筆者認(rèn)為中國職業(yè)院校要想引入該制度,就需要簡化德國"雙元學(xué)徒制"模式,從教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入手討論培養(yǎng)方案,并且需要積極爭取政府支持。
[Abstract]:In the past more than a year, the agricultural center of China and Germany has tried to introduce Germany's "dual apprenticeship system" to cultivate the new type of professional farmers in China, taking Wenzhou Institute of Science and Technology in Zhejiang Province as a pilot. On the basis of summarizing the key factors of the dualistic apprenticeship system in Germany, this paper analyzes the main bottleneck which may be faced by the introduction of this system in China: the lack of enterprise participation. A lack of competent teachers and corporate trainers, as well as a lack of relevant systems and regulatory systems. The author thinks that if Chinese vocational colleges want to introduce this system, it is necessary to simplify the model of "dualistic apprenticeship system" in Germany, to discuss the training scheme from the educational standard, and to actively seek the support of the government.
