【摘要】：當(dāng)前,引導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境,是構(gòu)建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長新動力、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要問題,而剖析和評價經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型能力是破解這一問題的關(guān)鍵�；趨^(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長理論視角,從信息基礎(chǔ)、市場供給、市場消費和創(chuàng)新共享4個維度,建立區(qū)域經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化轉(zhuǎn)型能力評價指標(biāo)體系,采用模糊綜合評價模型,評價和分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境下菱形經(jīng)濟圈核心城市經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)和發(fā)展能力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),觀測城市轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展能力的非均質(zhì)化空間分布趨勢明顯,而信息服務(wù)能力、市場驅(qū)動力和創(chuàng)新能力仍是該區(qū)域適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展環(huán)境亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:At present, guiding the economic system to adapt to the economic development environment of the Internet is an important issue to construct a new power of regional economic growth and to promote the sustained and healthy development of the economy. The analysis and evaluation of the economic system's ability to transform the Internet is the key to solve this problem. Based on the theory of regional economic growth, from the four dimensions of information foundation, market supply, market consumption and innovation sharing, the evaluation index system of regional economic system's Internet transformation ability is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is adopted. This paper evaluates and analyzes the adaptability and development ability of the core urban economic system of rhombic economic circle under the environment of Internet economic development. It is found that the heterogeneous spatial distribution trend of urban transformation and development ability is obvious, while the ability of information service, market driving force and innovation ability are still the problems to be solved urgently to adapt to the environment of Internet development in this region.
