【摘要】：正以往從法律角度探討產(chǎn)業(yè)政策問(wèn)題的研究成果,多集中于加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策立法以及嚴(yán)格實(shí)施相關(guān)法律制度等方面,我主要想從產(chǎn)業(yè)政策應(yīng)否以及如何法律化、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策與其他政策特別是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)政策的協(xié)調(diào)方面進(jìn)行討論。作為討論這個(gè)問(wèn)題的前提,就是產(chǎn)業(yè)政策本身是存在的,并且有其必要性和合理性。雖然最近學(xué)界和
[Abstract]:In the past, the research results of discussing industrial policy issues from a legal perspective have focused on strengthening industrial policy legislation and strictly implementing relevant legal systems.
