青海省人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長是各國尋求進(jìn)步發(fā)展的首要目標(biāo)。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論告訴我們:影響一個(gè)國家或區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主要因素是內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)增長因素和外生經(jīng)濟(jì)增長因素。本文主要是針對影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要內(nèi)生因素—人力資本進(jìn)行分析。人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用不僅僅表現(xiàn)為作為內(nèi)生因素對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用,還表現(xiàn)為提高其他要素生產(chǎn)效率的外部性作用。由此可見,人力資本是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要推動力,因此,快速提高人力資本的存量和質(zhì)量是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變、實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展、縮小地區(qū)差距的重要途徑。本文以青海省為研究對象,以理論結(jié)合實(shí)證的分析方法,研究了人力資本對青海經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)作用。 首先,文章在對人力資本理論綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了人力資本的相關(guān)概念及人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長作用機(jī)理,,從青海省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長現(xiàn)狀以及從人力資本的城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資本的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量等方面詳細(xì)分析了青海省人力資本的現(xiàn)狀,由于人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用是通過對其投資實(shí)現(xiàn)的,所以文中繼續(xù)從宏觀和微觀的角度分析青海省以及家庭對人力資本的投資,并建立模型,采用格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)青海省人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系,并估算了人力資本存量對青海經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn),實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明在1996年-2011年間,青海人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長二者之間存在單向影響作用,即青海省人力資本帶來了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,但經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出總量的增加并未引起人力資本存量的增加,而且青海省人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)程度較低,通過模型分離出的人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的直接貢獻(xiàn)和間接貢獻(xiàn)都較低,并剖析了青海省人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率低的原因,最后提出提升青海省人力資本貢獻(xiàn)率的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is the primary goal of all countries in seeking progress and development. The economic theory tells us that the main factors influencing the economic growth in a country or region are endogenous economic growth and exogenous economic growth. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of human capital, an important endogenous factor affecting economic growth. The function of human capital on economic growth is not only the promotion of economic growth as an endogenous factor, but also the externality of improving the production efficiency of other factors. It can be seen that human capital is an important driving force of economic growth. Therefore, to improve the stock and quality of human capital is an important way to change the mode of economic growth from extensive to intensive, to realize leapfrog development and to narrow the regional gap. This paper studies the contribution of human capital to Qinghai's economic growth with theoretical and empirical methods. First of all, based on the summary of human capital theory, the paper studies the contribution of human capital to Qinghai's economic growth. This paper analyzes the related concepts of human capital and the mechanism of human capital acting on economic growth, from the current situation of economic growth in Qinghai Province and from the urban-rural structure, industrial structure, industry structure and the quantity of human capital. The present situation of human capital in Qinghai Province is analyzed in detail in terms of quality and other aspects. As the role of human capital in economic growth is realized through investment in it, Therefore, the paper continues to analyze the investment in human capital in Qinghai Province and households from macro and micro perspectives, and establishes a model to test the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Qinghai Province by Granger causality. The paper also estimates the contribution of human capital stock to Qinghai's economic growth. The empirical results show that between 1996 and 2011, there is a one-way effect between Qinghai human capital and economic growth, that is, Qinghai's human capital has brought economic growth. However, the increase of total economic output does not cause the increase of human capital stock, and the contribution of human capital to economic growth in Qinghai Province is relatively low, and the direct and indirect contribution of human capital to economic growth is relatively low. The paper also analyzes the reasons for the low contribution rate of human capital to economic growth in Qinghai Province, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the contribution rate of human capital in Qinghai Province.
