【摘要】：分配是社會再生產(chǎn)過程的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),也是社會生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的一個重要方面。馬克思的按勞分配理論,既闡明了社會主義分配制度的本質(zhì)特征,又提出了社會主義分配制度的具體形式。根據(jù)按勞分配理論的要求,在社會主義社會,社會生產(chǎn)資料歸全體社會成員共同所有,個人消費品的分配原則只能采取按勞分配的方式。然而,隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的變化,我國的現(xiàn)實國情與馬克思所設(shè)想的未來社會主義社會存在較大的差異,我國在社會主義探索實踐中堅持并發(fā)展了馬克思的按勞分配理論,創(chuàng)立了符合我國國情的社會主義個人收入分配理論,即“堅持和完善按勞分配為主體、多種分配方式并存的分配制度,健全勞動、資本、技術(shù)、管理等生產(chǎn)要素按貢獻(xiàn)參與分配的制度”。堅持馬克思關(guān)于社會主義收入分配的基本原理,并根據(jù)我國具體的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會情況因地制宜的發(fā)展馬克思主義分配理論,是具有中國特色社會主義理論體系的重要組成部分。但目前我們分配領(lǐng)域也存在收入差距大和分配不公等突出問題,已經(jīng)引起社會的廣泛關(guān)注,當(dāng)前需要研究分配領(lǐng)域存在的問題及原因并研究出解決對策,因此科學(xué)的認(rèn)識和理解馬克思關(guān)于按勞分配的思想,對堅持和完善目前我國現(xiàn)行的分配制度,解決當(dāng)前我國居民收入分配不公、差距拉大等突出問題具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Distribution is an important link in the process of social reproduction and also an important aspect of social relations of production. Marx's theory of distribution according to work not only clarifies the essential characteristics of socialist distribution system, but also puts forward the concrete form of socialist distribution system. According to the requirements of the theory of distribution according to work, in the socialist society, the means of social production belong to the common ownership of all members of the society, and the distribution principle of personal consumer goods can only be taken in the form of distribution according to work. However, with the development of the times and the changes of the social and economic conditions, there are great differences between the actual conditions of our country and the future socialist society envisaged by Marx. In the practice of socialist exploration, our country has adhered to and developed Marx's theory of distribution according to work, and founded the theory of individual income distribution according to the conditions of our country, that is, "adhering to and perfecting the distribution according to work" as the main body, A distribution system in which labor, capital, technology, management and other factors of production participate in the distribution according to their contributions. It is an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to adhere to the basic principles of Marxism on socialist income distribution and to develop Marxist distribution theory according to the specific economic and social conditions of our country. However, at present, there are some outstanding problems in the field of distribution, such as large income gap and unfair distribution, which have caused widespread concern in the society. At present, we need to study the problems and reasons in the field of distribution and find out the countermeasures to solve them. Therefore, the scientific understanding and understanding of Marx's thought on distribution according to work is of great significance to adhere to and perfect the current distribution system of our country, to solve the outstanding problems of unfair income distribution and widening gap of income distribution in our country.
