【摘要】：自改革開放以來,我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群得到了快速、蓬勃的提升,已成為我國提升地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的政策性工具。但是,隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的提升成熟,其發(fā)展阻力日益增大,諸如創(chuàng)新能力不足、品牌塑造不力等因素的影響,致使集群的發(fā)展速度很難進(jìn)一步提高,集群的競爭力也遭到削弱。所以,針對此一形勢,提升集群的競爭力,促進(jìn)園區(qū)的整體發(fā)展,將此前基于成本的競爭戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿后w的協(xié)同發(fā)展,這是園區(qū)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性選擇,也是科技園區(qū)發(fā)展到一定階段的必然。以此,本文研究的目的在于滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢理論在科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的應(yīng)用與實(shí)踐,發(fā)現(xiàn)各個資源要素之間的競爭優(yōu)勢,從而形成動態(tài)的競爭優(yōu)勢和競爭戰(zhàn)略,同時,本文試圖通過對新鄉(xiāng)863科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)(簡稱863科技園區(qū))的集群優(yōu)勢現(xiàn)狀和存在問題分析,為該園區(qū)集群優(yōu)勢構(gòu)建提供診斷和重構(gòu)的方案。同時也為相關(guān)的科技園區(qū)提供借鑒。本文首先分析了863科技園區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了其中所存在的問題。從行業(yè)分布來看,863科技園區(qū)企業(yè)集群主要集中于機(jī)械加工、軟件、航空、電子設(shè)備和新材料、新能源等行業(yè)。園區(qū)自建立以來,獲得了巨大的發(fā)展,但與此同時,產(chǎn)業(yè)園目前所存在的問題較多。主要表現(xiàn)在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略意識不強(qiáng),缺乏品牌戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)集群缺乏競爭力,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效果不強(qiáng),企業(yè)技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)換能力不強(qiáng)以及創(chuàng)新協(xié)同機(jī)制模式陳舊。其次,本文對863科技園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了分析。首先,構(gòu)建和分析了863科技園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力模型指標(biāo)體系。采用因子分析法和層次分析法對863科技園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進(jìn)行綜合排序計算及分析,得出863科技園區(qū)各產(chǎn)業(yè)排名結(jié)果。以此為基礎(chǔ),對新鄉(xiāng)863科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭優(yōu)勢構(gòu)建提出對策及建議�；诜治鼋Y(jié)果,探討了生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)、軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)、半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)、新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)、機(jī)械制造產(chǎn)業(yè)等行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和解決辦法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's industrial clusters have been rapidly and vigorously promoted, which has become a policy tool for promoting regional economy. However, with the development of industrial clusters in our country, the development resistance is increasing day by day, such as the lack of innovation ability, the lack of brand shaping and other factors, so it is difficult to further improve the speed of cluster development. The competitiveness of the cluster has also been weakened. Therefore, in view of this situation, to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster, to promote the overall development of the park, and to change the competitive strategy based on cost into the cooperative development of the group, which is the strategic choice for the development of the park. Also is the science and technology park develops to the certain stage inevitable. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to satisfy the application and practice of industrial cluster advantage theory in science and technology industrial park, to find out the competitive advantage among various resource elements, and to form a dynamic competitive advantage and competitive strategy, at the same time, This paper attempts to provide a diagnosis and reconstruction scheme for the construction of the cluster superiority of Xinxiang 863 Science and Technology Industrial Park (863 Science and Technology Park) by analyzing the present situation and existing problems of its cluster advantages. At the same time also for the relevant science and technology park to provide reference. In this paper, the present situation of 863 Science and Technology Park is analyzed, and the existing problems are discussed. In terms of industry distribution, the cluster of enterprises in the Science and Technology Park is mainly concentrated in the industries of machining, software, aviation, electronic equipment and new materials, new energy and so on. Since the establishment of the park, it has made great progress, but at the same time, there are many problems existing in the industrial park. It is mainly reflected in the lack of strategic consciousness, lack of brand strategy, lack of competitiveness of enterprise cluster, weak effect of technological innovation, weak ability of transformation of enterprise technological achievements, and obsolete mode of innovation synergy mechanism. Secondly, this paper analyzes the industrial cluster of 863 Science and Technology Park. Firstly, the paper constructs and analyzes the index system of 863 science and technology park industrial cluster competitiveness model. Factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate and analyze the competitiveness of 863 science and technology park industry cluster, and the ranking results of each industry of 863 science and technology park are obtained. On the basis of this, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to construct the competitive advantage of Xinxiang 863 Science and Technology Industrial Park. Based on the analysis results, the development status and solutions of biomedical industry, software industry, semiconductor industry, new material industry, machinery manufacturing industry and so on are discussed.
