【摘要】：近年來,中菲經(jīng)貿(mào)合作雖然受到兩國政治外交關(guān)系起伏變化的波及,但總體仍保持曲折向前的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。在此過程中,兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系形成了以下特點(diǎn):總體敏感但不脆弱,貨物貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性較強(qiáng)但貿(mào)易不平衡問題突出,雙邊投資偏低且波動(dòng)較大,中國在菲工程承包與勞務(wù)合作增長明顯但起伏較大,旅游業(yè)日益升溫但存在不平衡性等。推動(dòng)中菲經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的有利基礎(chǔ)包括:兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的互補(bǔ)性,菲律賓在東盟內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì),中國相對(duì)日美兩國在對(duì)菲經(jīng)貿(mào)中體現(xiàn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)等。同時(shí),中菲南海爭(zhēng)端、兩國間沖突的經(jīng)貿(mào)政策則成為不利于兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的制約因素。中菲應(yīng)積極應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域存在的問題,為兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作掃清障礙;通過漁業(yè)和油氣領(lǐng)域的合作增加南海相關(guān)海域的穩(wěn)定性,減少南海爭(zhēng)端對(duì)兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的干擾;提升兩國互信程度以鞏固經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although the Sino Philippine economic and trade cooperation has been affected by the fluctuation of political and diplomatic relations between the two countries, the overall situation of the two countries remains tortuous and forward. In this process, the economic and trade relations between the two countries have formed the following characteristics: the overall sensitivity but not the vulnerability, the strong complementarity of the trade in goods but the outstanding trade imbalance, and the low and fluctuation of bilateral investment. The favorable basis for promoting the development of Sino Philippine economic and trade relations includes the complementarity of the two countries in the field of economic and trade, the competitive disadvantage of Philippines in ASEAN, and the competition between China and the United States and the United States and the United States in the Philippine economy and trade. At the same time, the dispute between the South China Sea and the South China Sea, the economic and trade policy between the two countries has become a hindrance to the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries. It will interfere with the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and enhance mutual trust between the two countries so as to consolidate the foundation of economic and trade cooperation.
