【摘要】：正自公元前500年到公元500年這千年中,歐亞大陸幾大文明的往來,從零星變得頻繁。公元5世紀(jì)前后,在內(nèi)亂和草原游牧民族的襲擾下,歐亞大陸各大文明體陷入動蕩,東西方的接觸大幅減弱乃至停滯,全球化進(jìn)程退潮。在經(jīng)歷了幾十年的狂飆突進(jìn)之后,全球化似乎已陷入困頓。貿(mào)易上的保護(hù)主義和政治上的民粹主義,替代自由貿(mào)易原則和全球主義成為各國的新風(fēng)尚。然而,有退潮就會有漲潮。人類通過交流逐步交融的長期趨勢并不會中斷,人們由近及遠(yuǎn)、以達(dá)全球的歷史進(jìn)程將以新的方式復(fù)生。
[Abstract]:During the millennia from 500 BC to 500 AD, the exchanges of civilizations in Eurasia became sporadic. Around the 5th century AD, under the disturbance of civil strife and nomadic grassland, the major civilizations in Eurasia fell into turmoil, the contact between East and West weakened and even stopped, and the process of globalization retreated. After decades of blistering, globalisation seems to be in trouble. Protectionism in trade and populism in politics, instead of free trade and globalism, have become a new trend. However, when there is a ebb tide, there will be a high tide. The long-term trend of the gradual communion of human beings through communication will not be interrupted, people will come back to life in a new way from near to far, in order to reach the global historical process.
