【摘要】：圍繞我國金融發(fā)展進程中城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的動態(tài)演變問題，學術界展開了大量的理論及實證研究。但現(xiàn)有的研究中，絕大多數(shù)文獻都是對我國總體和東部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距動態(tài)演變關系進行探討，卻少有聚焦于我國中部地區(qū)的文獻。在國內(nèi)外相關文獻中，金融發(fā)展影響城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距變動的理論機制可以歸結為三大效應：即門檻效應、非均衡效應和金融發(fā)展的降低貧困效應。同時本文以核心—邊緣理論、循環(huán)累積因果理論增長極理論和金融發(fā)展的三大效應理論為理論基礎。在奠定了堅實的理論基礎后，本文對中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展概況進行了闡述，主要分析了中部地區(qū)六個省份金融總體發(fā)展概況，尤其對中部農(nóng)村地區(qū)金融發(fā)展存在的問題進行了揭示。同時，本文以時間為視角分析了中部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入的動態(tài)演變。此外，本文還對中部地區(qū)和東部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距互動機制進行了區(qū)域對比分析。本文發(fā)現(xiàn)，相較于東部沿海發(fā)達地區(qū)，中部地區(qū)省份金融發(fā)展水平相對較低，但卻有較高的城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對于城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的影響，有待于實證分析的輔助。為消除計量模型的內(nèi)生性問題給實證回歸結果帶來的影響，，本文選擇了工具變量法中的系統(tǒng)廣義矩估計方法。 本文的主要結論如下：第一，本文的理論分析部分梳理了中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對于城鄉(xiāng)收入差距影響的理論機制。金融發(fā)展主要通過三大效應影響城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。第二，本文通過對中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展概況和中部地區(qū)農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)現(xiàn)中部地區(qū)農(nóng)村金融機構將大部分信貸資金從農(nóng)村投向城市，導致農(nóng)村發(fā)展資金缺乏，農(nóng)業(yè)貸款占第一產(chǎn)業(yè)比重低。中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展的門檻效應和非均衡效應遠遠大于降低貧困效應。第三，實證回歸模型表明，中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距具有正影響，即中部地區(qū)金融發(fā)展惡化了城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。同時，城鎮(zhèn)化水平的發(fā)展則抑制了中部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的進一步擴大，產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調整和政府對經(jīng)濟活動的干預則擴大了中部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟的開放對中部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的影響則不顯著。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the dynamic evolution of income gap between urban and rural residents in the process of financial development in China, a large number of theoretical and empirical studies have been carried out in academic circles. However, most of the existing studies are focused on the relationship between the financial development and the income gap between urban and rural residents in the eastern and general areas of China, but there is little literature focused on the central region of China. In the relevant literature at home and abroad, the theoretical mechanism of financial development affecting the change of income gap between urban and rural residents can be attributed to three effects: threshold effect, non-equilibrium effect and poverty reduction effect of financial development. At the same time, this paper is based on the core-edge theory, the cyclic cumulative causality theory, the growth pole theory and the three-effect theory of financial development. After laying a solid theoretical foundation, this paper expounds the general situation of the financial development in the central region, mainly analyzes the general situation of the financial development of the six provinces in the central region. In particular, the financial development of the central rural areas of the existing problems are revealed. At the same time, this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution of urban and rural residents' income in central China from the perspective of time. In addition, this paper makes a regional comparative analysis of the interaction mechanism between the financial development and the income gap between urban and rural residents in the central and eastern regions. This paper finds that the financial development level of central provinces is relatively low, but there is a higher income gap between urban and rural residents. The influence of financial development on the income gap between urban and rural residents in central China needs to be assisted by empirical analysis. In order to eliminate the influence of the endogenous problem of the econometric model on the empirical regression results, this paper chooses the method of system generalized moment estimation in the tool variable method. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the theoretical analysis of the impact of financial development in central China on the urban-rural income gap. Financial development mainly affects the income gap between urban and rural residents through three effects. Secondly, through the general situation of the financial development in the central region and the present situation of the rural financial development in the central region, it is found that most of the credit funds of the rural financial institutions in the central region are poured into cities from the rural areas, resulting in the lack of funds for rural development. Agricultural loans account for a low proportion of the primary industry. The threshold effect and unbalanced effect of financial development in central China are far greater than that of poverty reduction. Thirdly, the empirical regression model shows that the financial development in the central region has a positive impact on the income gap between urban and rural residents, that is, the financial development in the central region has worsened the income gap between urban and rural residents. At the same time, the development of urbanization inhibits the further expansion of income gap between urban and rural residents in the central region, and the adjustment of industrial structure and government intervention in economic activities widen the income gap between urban and rural residents in the central region. The impact of economic development and economic opening on the income gap between urban and rural residents in central China is not significant.
