【摘要】：運(yùn)用狀態(tài)空間法構(gòu)建綜合承載力模型,利用主成分分析法求取權(quán)重,對吉林省2005-2014年綜合承載力進(jìn)行了測算,結(jié)果顯示:1)吉林省綜合承載力雖然呈"波動式"上升,但始終處于超載狀態(tài),說明吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)處于一種不可持續(xù)狀態(tài);2)自然資源承載力經(jīng)濟(jì)承載力生態(tài)承載力,自然資源承載力是富余的,經(jīng)濟(jì)承載力基本處于均衡狀態(tài),而生態(tài)資源承載力卻明顯不足,處于赤字狀態(tài),說明生態(tài)環(huán)境將限制吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;3)土地資源承載力水資源承載力能源承載力,土地資源承載力是富余的,但水資源和能源承載力卻不足,處于赤字狀態(tài),說明水資源與能源是制約吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展限制性因素;最后從發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高科學(xué)技術(shù),改變?nèi)藗兩a(chǎn)和生活方式等來提高吉林省綜合承載力,旨為吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了技術(shù)支撐.
[Abstract]:Using the state space method to construct the comprehensive bearing capacity model, using principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive bearing capacity of Jilin Province from 2005 to 2014, the results show that the comprehensive bearing capacity of Jilin Province is rising "fluctuating". However, it is always in the state of overload, indicating that Jilin Province economy is in an unsustainable state) the economic carrying capacity of natural resources is ecological carrying capacity, the natural resources carrying capacity is surplus, and the economic carrying capacity is basically in a balanced state. However, the carrying capacity of ecological resources is obviously insufficient and is in a deficit state, indicating that the ecological environment will limit the economic development of Jilin Province) the carrying capacity of land resources, the carrying capacity of water resources, and the carrying capacity of land resources are surplus. However, the carrying capacity of water resources and energy is insufficient and is in a deficit state, indicating that water resources and energy are the restrictive factors restricting the economic development of Jilin Province; finally, from the perspective of developing circular economy, optimizing the industrial structure, improving science and technology, Changing people's production and life style to improve the comprehensive bearing capacity of Jilin Province provides technical support for the sustained economic development of Jilin Province.
