【摘要】：“十二五”時期是遼寧省老工業(yè)基地全面振興的重要戰(zhàn)略時機，隨著《遼寧省老工業(yè)基地振興規(guī)劃》制定，遼寧省各地區(qū)積極實施，逐步實現省內外城市之間的良性互動�！笆濉睍r期后,隨著遼寧省社會經濟迅速發(fā)展，省內一些主要經濟指標增長幅度均超出我國平均水平，這為完成遼寧省經濟全面振興奠定了堅實基礎。正因如此，理清遼寧省各城市現有區(qū)域經濟聯系狀況將有助于因勢利導的加強全省各城市的對外經濟聯系并進一步促進全省經濟發(fā)展。本文立足于遼寧省各城市發(fā)展情況和現有狀況，節(jié)選自“十五”規(guī)劃以來的2001年、2006年和2011年為時間節(jié)點，基于城市流強度模型、城市間相互作用模型、區(qū)位度模型以及地緣經濟關系模型以城市空間經濟聯系強度、功能聯系情況和空間經濟聯系性質等多角度對遼寧省14個城市之間的經濟聯系情況進行了測度與分析，現得出以下結論：(1)從整體角度看，遼寧省集聚和輻射作用較強，經濟發(fā)展勢頭良好，現已形成“沈陽—阜新”兩極分化現象和“沈陽—大連”雙強局面；(2)全省各城市內部產業(yè)各部門分配差異較大，且各部門產業(yè)之間發(fā)展的不均衡造成城市間經濟發(fā)展存在明顯不均衡現象；(3)除沈陽市和大連市以外全省大部分城市的總體經濟實力和對外綜合服務能力二者之間不協調統一，多數城市總體經濟實力相對于綜合服務能力來說較為滯后，且滯后程度較為嚴重；(4)空間結構分布角度來看，全省以沈陽為中心的中心外圍結構特征明顯，，同時部分城市之間經濟聯系不夠緊密且發(fā)展不均衡態(tài)勢明顯，經濟實力較弱的城市逐層分布在外圍區(qū)域，但其發(fā)展?jié)摿Σ豢尚∮U；(5)沈陽市和大連市與省內其他城市地緣經濟關系閥值雖然均存在不同幅度變化，但由于變化幅度較小并未導致沈陽市和大連市同其他城市之間的空間經濟聯系的性質發(fā)生較為明顯的改變，仍與其他大部分城市保持原有的地緣經濟關系類型。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan period is an important strategic opportunity for the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Liaoning Province. With the formulation of the Plan for the Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base of Liaoning Province, all regions in Liaoning Province have been actively implemented, and the benign interaction between cities inside and outside the province has been gradually realized. After the 10th Five-Year Plan period, with the rapid development of the social economy in Liaoning Province, the growth rate of some main economic indicators in the province exceeded the average level of our country, which laid a solid foundation for the overall economic revitalization of Liaoning Province. For this reason, clearing up the existing regional economic relations of cities in Liaoning Province will be helpful to strengthen the foreign economic ties of cities in Liaoning Province and further promote the economic development of the province. Based on the development and current situation of cities in Liaoning Province, this paper selects 2001, 2006 and 2011 as time nodes since the 10th Five-Year Plan, based on urban flow intensity model, inter-city interaction model. The location degree model and geo-economic relation model measure and analyze the economic connection among 14 cities in Liaoning province from the angle of the intensity of urban spatial economic connection, the situation of functional connection and the nature of spatial economic connection. From the overall point of view, Liaoning Province has a strong agglomeration and radiation effect and a good momentum of economic development. The phenomenon of "Shenyang-Fuxin" polarization and the "Shenyang-Dalian" double strong situation have been formed. Besides Shenyang and Dalian, the overall economic strength and the external comprehensive service capacity of most cities in the province are not coordinated and unified. Compared with the comprehensive service capacity, the overall economic strength of most cities is lagging behind, and the degree of lag is more serious. From the perspective of spatial structure distribution, the characteristics of the central and peripheral structure of the province with Shenyang as the center are obvious. At the same time, the economic ties between some cities are not close enough and the development is not balanced. The cities with weak economic strength are distributed layer by layer in the peripheral areas. However, its development potential should not be underestimated. (although the threshold values of geo-economic relations between Shenyang and Dalian and other cities in the province have varied in different ranges, However, because the change range is small, the nature of the spatial economic relationship between Shenyang and Dalian and other cities is obviously changed, and it still maintains the original type of geo-economic relations with most other cities.
