【摘要】：協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是一個(gè)已經(jīng)研究了多年的問(wèn)題。自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，粗放型的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式也帶來(lái)了一系列的社會(huì)、資源環(huán)境等問(wèn)題，這引發(fā)了我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)于區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)注。從20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)，我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展從不同的角度進(jìn)行了大量的研究，取得了較多的研究成果，但對(duì)于區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵仍然沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的結(jié)論。本文運(yùn)用平衡發(fā)展理論、系統(tǒng)論、協(xié)同論、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論等基本原理和知識(shí)，并結(jié)合前人的研究，確定了區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的涵義。并通過(guò)建立遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)模型，運(yùn)用線性分析、離差系數(shù)法和GIS等技術(shù)對(duì)遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度及其類型、空間分布規(guī)律和區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的限制性因素進(jìn)行了研究。全文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。 第一章緒論。通過(guò)對(duì)文章的選題背景和國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的闡述和介紹，在對(duì)遼寧省區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了文章的研究意義。最后，對(duì)全文的研究思路與基本框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了介紹。 第二章區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論和內(nèi)涵。對(duì)具有代表性的區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合前人的相關(guān)研究，對(duì)區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定，并介紹了區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的特征。 第三章區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)體系。根據(jù)上文的分析，確定了指標(biāo)選取和指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則，并據(jù)此構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的指標(biāo)體系，選定了協(xié)調(diào)度計(jì)算方法，并確定了與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段相結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度類型劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 第四章遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度分析。對(duì)遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)各子系統(tǒng)的綜合發(fā)展水平以及遼寧省14個(gè)市、三大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域以及遼寧省整體系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算，結(jié)合Arcgis技術(shù)，得出了遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度演變的時(shí)空規(guī)律，并對(duì)遼寧省系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度類型的限制性因子進(jìn)行了分析。 第五章遼寧省區(qū)域系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。分別針對(duì)不同制約型地區(qū)系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。 第六章結(jié)論與討論。該部分對(duì)前面研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并指出了文章可能存在的缺陷，，對(duì)未來(lái)研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Coordinated development is a problem that has been studied for many years. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of our economy, extensive economic growth mode has also brought a series of social, resource and environmental problems, which triggered the attention of Chinese scholars on the coordinated development of the region. Since the 1990s, Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on regional coordinated development from different angles, and obtained more research results, but there is still not a unified conclusion on the connotation of regional coordinated development. In this paper, the basic principles and knowledge of balanced development theory, system theory, synergy theory, circular economy theory and sustainable development theory are used to determine the meaning of coordinated development of regional system. By establishing the evaluation model of regional system coordination development in Liaoning Province, the coordination degree and its types of regional system in Liaoning Province are analyzed by linear analysis, deviation coefficient method and GIS. The law of spatial distribution and the restrictive factors of coordinated development of regional system are studied. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. Based on the background of the selected topic and the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the significance of the research on the basis of combing the status quo of regional coordinated development in Liaoning Province. Finally, the paper introduces the research idea and basic frame structure. The second chapter is about the theory and connotation of coordinated development of regional system. On the basis of summarizing the representative theories of coordinated development of regional systems, this paper defines the connotation of coordinated development of regional systems and introduces the characteristics of coordinated development of regional systems. The third chapter is the evaluation system of regional system coordination degree. According to the above analysis, the principles of index selection and index system construction are determined, and the index system for evaluating the coordinated development of regional system in Liaoning Province is constructed, and the calculation method of coordination degree is selected. The classification standard of system coordination degree combined with the stage of economic development is determined. The fourth chapter analyzes the coordination degree of regional system in Liaoning province. The comprehensive development level of each subsystem of the regional system in Liaoning Province and the coordination degree of 14 cities, three major economic regions and the whole system of Liaoning Province are calculated, combined with Arcgis technology, The temporal and spatial rules of the evolution of regional system coordination degree in Liaoning Province are obtained, and the restrictive factors of system coordination degree type in Liaoning Province are analyzed. Chapter five: countermeasures and suggestions for coordinated development of regional system in Liaoning Province. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of different restricted regions. Chapter VI conclusion and discussion. This part summarizes the previous research, points out the possible defects of the article, and looks forward to the future research.
