【摘要】：改革開放30多年來，廣東省是全國眾多省份中最早實(shí)行對(duì)外開放的地區(qū)，吸引了大量的外商直接投資的流入，成為了全中國外資最活躍的地方。外商直接投資在廣東省快速增長，給廣東帶來了大量財(cái)富的同時(shí)也促使了廣東省外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的形成。同期，民間企業(yè)在外資企業(yè)的帶動(dòng)下，彌補(bǔ)了資金缺口，取得了技術(shù)進(jìn)步，民間投資迅速發(fā)展。民間投資作為我國改革開放和建立社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)物，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用日益明顯。然而，F(xiàn)DI與民間投資畢竟是兩種不同類型的資本，而且兩者都有趨利的本性。他們之間到底存在怎樣的關(guān)系值得我們深究。為了解決這個(gè)問題，本文在Agosin和Mayer模型的基礎(chǔ)上，利用廣東省1979——2012年的數(shù)據(jù)，實(shí)證研究了FDI與民間投資的擠入擠出效應(yīng)。結(jié)論發(fā)現(xiàn)，F(xiàn)DI對(duì)廣東省的民間投資存在擠出效應(yīng)。本文首先闡述了選題的背景和意義，以及國內(nèi)外對(duì)民間投資研究現(xiàn)狀的文獻(xiàn)綜述，并且介紹了本文的研究思路和方法。其次從理論部分入手，梳理了FDI與民間投資的相關(guān)理論，以及FDI對(duì)民間投資的影響機(jī)制。接著具體描述FDI與民間投資在廣東省的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)兩者的關(guān)系做出直觀的預(yù)期假設(shè)。接著，，在這基礎(chǔ)上利用計(jì)量模型對(duì)兩者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并且研究兩者對(duì)廣東省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的量化效果。最后，主要是針對(duì)如何弱化FDI對(duì)民間投資的擠出以及如何促進(jìn)民間投資的發(fā)展提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, Guangdong Province has been the first to open to the outside world in many provinces of China, attracting a large number of foreign direct investment inflows and becoming the most active place for foreign investment in the whole country. The rapid growth of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Guangdong has brought a great deal of wealth to Guangdong, and has also promoted the formation of Guangdong's export-oriented economy. In the same period, private enterprises, led by foreign-funded enterprises, have made up for the capital gap, made progress in technology, and private investment has developed rapidly. As the product of reform and opening up and the establishment of socialist market economy, folk investment plays an increasingly important role in economic growth. However, FDI and private investment are two different types of capital, and both have the nature of profit. What kind of relationship exists between them is worth our deep study. In order to solve this problem, based on the Agosin and Mayer models, using the data of Guangdong Province from 1979 to 2012, this paper empirically studies the crowding out effect between FDI and private investment. Conclusion it is found that FDI has an crowding out effect on private investment in Guangdong Province. In this paper, the background and significance of the topic, as well as the current situation of research on private investment at home and abroad literature review, and introduced the research ideas and methods of this paper. Secondly, the theory of FDI and private investment, and the influence mechanism of FDI on private investment are analyzed. Then it describes the development process and current situation of FDI and private investment in Guangdong Province, and makes an intuitive assumption of the relationship between them. On the basis of this, we use the econometric model to analyze the relationship between the two, and study the quantitative effect of the two on the economic growth of Guangdong Province. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to weaken the extrusion of private investment by FDI and how to promote the development of private investment.
