【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷深入,世界之間的聯(lián)系越來越緊密,從最初倡導的“引進來”到如今由于國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展而“走出去”,中國企業(yè)對外直接投資有著越來越多的機會。東盟十國是東南亞的十個國家組成的聯(lián)盟,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是世界上很大的一個經(jīng)濟體了。隨著中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)在2010年被建立,兩邊之間的貿(mào)易交往更加便利,中國企業(yè)對外直接投資有了東盟這個更大的市場。本文主要研究影響我國企業(yè)對東盟十國投資區(qū)位選擇的因素。首先基于對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的理論,總結(jié)出適合中國國情的6個對外直接投資的理論,并且簡要分析這個理論為什么適合中國以及其涉及的區(qū)位選擇相關的思想;緊接著分析現(xiàn)階段我國企業(yè)對東盟十國投資的現(xiàn)狀,包括3個方面,即對東盟十國投資的規(guī)模、對東盟十國投資的行業(yè)分布以及對東盟十國投資的國別分布;然后分析區(qū)位選擇的環(huán)境即東盟十國的投資環(huán)境,主要從政治法律、經(jīng)濟和社會文化三個大方面進行分析,政治法律環(huán)境包括政治穩(wěn)定性、政府效率和政府的投資政策三方面,經(jīng)濟環(huán)境包括經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構和基礎設施三個方面,社會文化環(huán)境包括文化習俗和勞動力狀況兩個方面;在了解了對東盟投資的現(xiàn)狀和東盟自身的環(huán)境后,總結(jié)出影響區(qū)位選擇的10個因素,先從理論上分析這10個因素對區(qū)位選擇的影響,然后利用實證方法,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)可得性選擇了7個影響因素作為實證部分的自變量,選取2006年-2015年中國對東盟十國的對外直接投資流量作為因變量,結(jié)果得出來市場規(guī)模、勞動力成本、基礎設施、制度因素和我國與東道國之間的貿(mào)易關系與對外直接投資負相關,匯率水平和集聚效應與對外直接投資正相關;最后總結(jié)出我國企業(yè)對東盟十國投資區(qū)位選擇的三個戰(zhàn)略以及對東盟十國投資的四條對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the relationship between the world is getting closer and closer. From the "introduction" advocated at first to the "going out" due to the rapid development of domestic economy, Chinese enterprises have more and more opportunities for foreign direct investment (FDI). The ten ASEAN countries, an alliance of ten Southeast Asian nations, are now one of the world's largest economies. With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area in 2010, trade exchanges between the two sides are more convenient, and Chinese enterprises have a larger market for FDI. This paper mainly studies the factors that affect the investment location of Chinese enterprises in the ten ASEAN countries. First of all, based on the theory of location choice of FDI, the author summarizes six theories of FDI suitable for China's national conditions, and analyzes briefly why this theory is suitable for China and the related ideas of location selection. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese enterprises' investment in the ten ASEAN countries, including three aspects: the scale of the investment in the ten ASEAN countries, the industry distribution of the investment in the ten ASEAN countries and the country distribution of the investment in the ten ASEAN countries. Then it analyzes the investment environment of the ten ASEAN countries, which is the environment of location choice, mainly from three aspects: political law, economy and social culture. The political legal environment includes three aspects: political stability, government efficiency and government investment policy. The economic environment includes three aspects: the level of economic development, the economic structure and infrastructure, and the social and cultural environment includes cultural customs and labor force conditions. After understanding the current situation of investment in ASEAN and the environment of ASEAN itself, This paper summarizes 10 factors that influence location selection, analyzes the influence of these 10 factors on location selection theoretically, and then selects 7 influencing factors as independent variables of empirical part according to the availability of data by using empirical method. China's foreign direct investment flows to the ten ASEAN countries from 2006 to 2015 are selected as dependent variables. The results show that market size, labor cost, infrastructure, The institutional factors and the trade relations between China and the host country are negatively correlated with foreign direct investment, and the level of exchange rate and agglomeration effect are positively related to foreign direct investment. Finally, three strategies for Chinese enterprises to invest in the ten ASEAN countries and four countermeasures for the investment in the ten ASEAN countries are summarized.
