【摘要】：金融生態(tài)環(huán)境是一個(gè)來(lái)源于生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的仿生概念,是金融業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必備條件。良好的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境能夠吸引資金的流入,提高金融資源的配置效率,帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。由于種種原因過(guò)去遼寧省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境欠佳,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成了一定的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。近年來(lái)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境雖有所改善,但仍存在諸多問(wèn)題。因此,對(duì)遼寧省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入研究,并探討其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響作用具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究結(jié)論,從遼寧省的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),首先構(gòu)建了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用突變級(jí)數(shù)方法對(duì)遼寧省2000年到2015年的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行測(cè)算,選取上海、江蘇、山東、吉林四省市進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明,遼寧省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境整體是不斷完善的,但仍存在諸多問(wèn)題亟需改進(jìn)。其次,運(yùn)用狀態(tài)空間模型進(jìn)一步探討遼寧省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的動(dòng)態(tài)變化情況,分析結(jié)果表明,金融生態(tài)環(huán)境各變量對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響是不同的:金融業(yè)發(fā)展方面,除2000年、2011年之外的其他年份對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的正向拉動(dòng)作用明顯;社會(huì)信用與法治建設(shè)方面,自2005年之后對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的正向拉動(dòng)作用明顯并逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定;政府管理雖未能有效的帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),但對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的負(fù)面效應(yīng)逐年減弱。最后,本文基于實(shí)證分析結(jié)論,對(duì)遼寧省目前金融生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題加以概括,并提出了要加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、進(jìn)一步完善金融法治環(huán)境、規(guī)范政府行為等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Financial ecological environment is a bionic concept derived from ecological economics, which is a necessary condition for the survival and development of financial industry. A good financial ecological environment can attract the inflow of funds, improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources and promote economic development. In the past, the financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province was poor, which caused some negative effects on economic development. Although the financial ecological environment has improved in recent years, there are still many problems. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the financial ecological environment in Liaoning Province and to discuss its influence on economic growth. Based on the conclusion of domestic and foreign research and the actual situation of Liaoning Province, this paper first constructs the evaluation index system of financial ecological environment, and on this basis, The financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2015 is calculated by using the method of sudden change series. Four provinces and cities, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong and Jilin, are selected for comparative analysis. The results show that the overall financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province is constantly improving. But there are still many problems in need of improvement. Secondly, the dynamic changes of financial ecological environment on economic growth in Liaoning Province are further discussed by using the state space model. The results show that the influence of financial ecological environment variables on economic growth is different: the development of financial industry. Except in 2000, the positive pulling effect on economic growth was obvious in other years except in 2011, and the positive pulling effect on economic growth was obvious and gradually stable in social credit and the construction of rule of law since 2005. Although government management can not effectively promote economic growth, the negative effect on economic growth is weakened year by year. Finally, based on the conclusion of empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the construction of financial ecological environment in Liaoning Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure, further improving the financial legal environment, and standardizing government behavior.
