【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展是某一區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要載體。制定科學(xué)的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的客觀要求,對(duì)于區(qū)域在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地能起到重要的決定性作用。玉溪作為滇中城市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)繼昆明之后最為重要的城市，在推進(jìn)滇中城市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中，玉溪產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的“短板”日愈凸顯。積極利用滇中城市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)的機(jī)遇，通過(guò)與區(qū)域合作、強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作分工、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局，獲得更多的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)、更大的發(fā)展空間，加快提升產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平，，形成具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，是玉溪當(dāng)前必須高度正視和解決的問(wèn)題。因此，開展玉溪產(chǎn)業(yè)定位及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)的知識(shí)，以玉溪產(chǎn)業(yè)定位和發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)分析內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境，設(shè)置了戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，確定了戰(zhàn)略管理導(dǎo)向，并提出了促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施，建立一個(gè)涵蓋玉溪產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的綜合實(shí)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展綜合能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展可持續(xù)能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:Industrial development is an important carrier of regional economic development. It is an objective requirement for regional industry to realize sustainable development to formulate scientific industrial positioning and development strategy, which can play an important and decisive role in the fierce competition of the region in an invincible position. Yuxi is the most important city after Kunming in the construction of urban economic circle in central Yunnan. In the process of promoting the construction of urban economic circle in central Yunnan, the "short board" of Yuxi industry development becomes more and more prominent. By actively taking advantage of the opportunity of urban economic circle construction in central Yunnan, we should strengthen the industrial cooperation and division of labor, optimize the industrial layout, obtain more opportunities for development, increase the space for development, and speed up the upgrading of industrial development through regional cooperation. To form a modern industrial system with sustainable development ability and competitive power is a problem that must be highly addressed and solved in Yuxi at present. Therefore, the development of Yuxi industry positioning and development strategy management research has important practical significance. This paper applies the knowledge of strategic management, taking Yuxi industry positioning and development as the research object, through analyzing the internal and external environment, sets up the strategic positioning and strategic objectives, and determines the strategic management orientation. It also puts forward the measures to promote the implementation of the strategy, and establishes an evaluation index system covering the comprehensive strength of the industrial development of Yuxi, the comprehensive ability of the industrial development and the sustainable development of the industry.
