【摘要】：近十幾年來,中國一直都是在柬埔寨直接投資最多的外資國家。但是,考慮到兩國之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量和貿(mào)易規(guī)模,中國對柬埔寨的直接投資還是處于初級階段,其投資規(guī)模有需要進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。因而,在這一背景下,從投資便利化的角度來研究如何促進(jìn)柬埔寨吸引中國直接投資這一問題,無疑具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。作者本人充分利用了作為一名作為柬埔寨留學(xué)生的優(yōu)勢,積極地在柬埔寨國內(nèi)尋找收集了相關(guān)的資料和數(shù)據(jù)來展開論文的寫作,本文的研究主要從如下幾個(gè)方面展開的:本文首先對投資便利化的內(nèi)涵、表現(xiàn)形式和相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡述,確定了本文研究的方向。然后通過對柬埔寨近幾年吸引外國直接投資的情況進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)來自中國企業(yè)的直接投資額都高居首位。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)柬埔寨利用中國直接投資獲得了一系列的好處:提高基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平、增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化技術(shù),促進(jìn)國際貿(mào)易等,可見柬埔寨進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大吸引中國直接投資是十分必要性。接著研究了柬埔寨在吸引中國直接投資上所具備的便利條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩國之間良好的政治合作、柬埔寨國內(nèi)完善的投資環(huán)境、廉價(jià)的勞動(dòng)力成本等許多方面都是吸引中國直接投資的優(yōu)勢所在。然后就重點(diǎn)分析了柬埔寨在吸引中國直接投資時(shí)存在的一些障礙,指出基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、金融環(huán)境、制度環(huán)境、信息不對稱等方面制約了進(jìn)一步引進(jìn)中國直接投資,同時(shí)也指出柬埔寨在吸引中國直接投資時(shí)在中國國內(nèi)所面臨的一些障礙。最后根據(jù)上面的研究提出有針對性的建議措施來促進(jìn)柬埔寨吸引中國直接投資的便利化,達(dá)到進(jìn)一步吸引中國直接投資的目的。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, China has been the most direct investment country in Kampuchea. However, considering the economic total and the scale of trade between the two countries, China's direct investment in Kampuchea is still in the primary stage, and its investment scale needs to be further expanded. Therefore, in this context, the study is from the perspective of investment facilitation. There is no doubt that how to promote Kampuchea's direct investment in China is of great theoretical and practical significance. The author makes full use of the advantages of being a student of Kampuchea, and actively seeks to collect relevant data and data in Kampuchea to expand the writing of the paper. The main research of this paper is from the following First, this paper expounds the connotation, form and theoretical basis of investment facilitation, and determines the direction of this study. Then through the analysis of the situation of attracting foreign direct investment in Kampuchea in recent years, it is found that the direct investment amount from Chinese enterprises is the first. The use of China's direct investment in Kampuchea has gained a series of benefits: increasing the infrastructure level, increasing employment opportunities, introducing modern technology and promoting international trade, so it is necessary for Kampuchea to further expand the attraction of direct investment in China. Then it studies the convenience of Kampuchea in attracting direct investment in China. It is found that the good political cooperation between the two countries, the perfect investment environment in Kampuchea, the cost of cheap labor and so on are the advantages of attracting China's direct investment. Then it focuses on the analysis of some obstacles that Kampuchea has in attracting direct investment in China, pointing out the infrastructure, the financial environment, the institutional environment, and the letter. The asymmetry of interest in interest and other aspects restricts the further introduction of direct investment in China, and also points out some obstacles that Kampuchea faces in China in attracting direct investment in China. Finally, according to the above research, some pertinent suggestions are put forward to promote the convenience of Kampuchea to attract China's direct investment and achieve further attraction.
